Late delivery

My delivery date was continuously extended week after week. In the end, I got my package all right, but much later and the 5-7 day delivery estimate from "fjernlager" was wildly inaccurate. While technically, delays at the supplier are not a fault of the store, it wasn't great experience to keep me waiting. I will think twice before ordering items not in stock next time.

Never received the product: Damaged in transit and compensation ignored (Order: 13671377)

An incredibly frustrating experience.

After my order was damaged in transit by the courier and returned to the seller, we agreed they would check the package's condition to see if the product itself was intact and could be re-delivered, as the product was sold out and no new delivery date was in sight. I also agreed to wait for a new batch of the product. What followed was a total breakdown in customer service:

Mar 24: Order was placed.

Mar 30: Item was shipped, damaged in transit, and returned.

Mar 31: Agreed with customer service to check the condition of the returned package.

Apr 8: Customer service states the returned package hasn't been processed yet.

Apr 8 – Apr 21: For 13 full days, I waited for an answer to a simple question about the package's condition, and my follow-up email on April 16 was completely ignored.

Apr 21: As my original invoice due date was approaching and the product was still undelivered with no restock date in sight, I had to message them again. I proactively referred to their earlier written backorder message, where they had invited me to contact them if I wanted them to suggest an alternative product. Based on this, I suggested a suitable replacement product and gave them a strict deadline to deliver either the original or the replacement product.

Apr 22: When they finally replied, they confirmed that the original returned product had been taken out of circulation and could not be re-delivered. They also abruptly declined the alternative replacement product and simply asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I explicitly refused the cancellation and requested that the sales contract be fulfilled within the deadline. Yes, it took them over 20 days just to confirm whether the package sitting at their warehouse was fit for re-delivery.

As they did not fulfill the order within the deadline, I had to make a carefully selected substitute cover purchase (FI: kateosto / DK: dækningskøb) from another vendor. On the same day, April 29, I submitted a formal compensation claim for the price difference, as required under Finnish and Danish consumer protection procedures.

Since then, they have remained completely silent. The compensation claim has been ignored, and no response was received even after the payment deadline on May 13.

Can the basic process of buying and receiving a product really be made this abnormally difficult for a consumer?

As of writing this, the compensation remains unpaid, and due to the lack of response after the deadline, the matter is now being transferred to the consumer authorities.

TL;DR: I never even received the product because it was damaged in transit. Instead of a smooth resolution, communication dragged on for weeks, and the compensation claim remained unanswered even after the payment deadline passed.

EDIT (May 20, 2026): The matter has now been resolved.

To clarify the outcome: the final resolution was not an exchange to an alternative product. Instead, after further communication by email, the company agreed to compensate the price difference of my substitute purchase from another vendor, and the invoice connected to the original order was cancelled.

I am updating my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because the matter was ultimately resolved professionally once it reached the right person internally. Kristian handled the final stage of the case quickly, the compensation was paid, and the issue was finally closed properly.

That said, I still consider the overall process far below what a customer should reasonably have to go through in a case where the product was damaged in transit before it even reached the customer. Communication delays, unanswered emails, and the amount of escalation required made this an unnecessarily difficult experience from start to finish.

We fully understand your disappointment regarding the long handling time, the lack of clear communication, and the uncertainty surrounding the damaged shipment. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we acknowledge that the communication from our side should have been much better and more proactive throughout the case.

Unfortunately, the original package was damaged during transportation and returned to our warehouse. Due to internal processing delays, it took far too long before we were able to confirm the condition of the returned item and provide you with a proper update. We completely understand that waiting more than 20 days for clarification is unacceptable and naturally created frustration and inconvenience for you.

We also regret that your follow-up inquiries were not answered within a reasonable timeframe. That is not in line with the customer experience we strive to deliver.

As requested, we have now exchanged your order to the alternative product in order to find a solution and help conclude the matter as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this process, and we take your feedback very seriously. Your case has been shared internally so we can improve both our communication and handling procedures moving forward to avoid similar situations in the future.

Online purchase, problem about shipping method and Refund the order

I've did an online purchase for the item and got the problem that a pickup method can't be done by another party as likes DHL, and any other logistic services but they offered me to use GLS.

They also just confirmed that they can't ship outside Denmark and EU countries and do not have a Danish delivery address, so they stated the order will be cancelled and proceed the refund.

Does any one here experienced and knows that how long the refund be taken? I just willing to order once again to other supplier but the order status haven't changed yet

Bad service

Bought a game from them thinking it'd show up within a week - the delivery date was a MONTH away. A month passes and when it doesn't arrive I decide to track it - it still says confirmed order! A month later and they haven't even begun PACKING. When I contact them all I get for a while is an AI chatbot before a human replies - and tells me the product isn't in stock. But they still let me order, and didn't even notify me. Jesus. At least I was allowed to cancel/get a refund after that, on account of the terrible service.

The antenna was delivered on time but…

The antenna was delivered on time but the packaging was bent and the antenna itself was also slightly bent. A few parts that were supposed to be in the order were missing. Will have to buy them.

I have ordered Apple EarPods from this…

I have ordered Apple EarPods from this store but they didn’t send Apple Original instead it was duplicate one. I tried to return the product but the returning process was also expensive and not effective. Never buying anything from this store again.

However, since this is one of the cheaper products Apple makes, we unfortunately do know that there can sometimes be quality issues from the manufacturer.

Because of this, you should simply have been offered a replacement or refund right away, and I truly apologize that this was not the case.
