The sales staff were extremely helpful. Once we had ordered the sofa we were kept informed of progress withe the order. The sofa arrived on time and the delivery men, Gary and Jake were extremely professional and friendly. We are very satisfied with the service from start to finish

Great communication and great delivery

Beautiful brand new store in Chichester with lots of room set ups for ideas and inspiration. Not a lot that can be bought straight away and mostly needs to be ordered. I was buying mostly decorative pieces and it was still the case.
Their delivery charges and policies are ridiculous.
When spending an awful lot of money you would assume delivery is included but it’s not. It cannot be delivered to store for pick up so you are stuck with the charges. Adding to the annoyance, if one item you order doesn’t ant ready for 10-12 weeks you either have to wait for everything to be delivered together and wait that long! Or pay another delivery fee to have the rest of your items delivered sooner! There is no flexibility on this and it made me think twice about ordering.

Earle and Mark were a pleasure to have as our delivery team. They were careful, considerate and a great sense of humour . Nothing was too much trouble. We hope they will be our delivery team tomorrow.

The delivery experience was as excellent as the buying experience. The delivery team (Matt and Anthony) couldn't have been more helpful, carefully unboxing each item before placing it in the two rooms as required after a thoroughly inspection - nothing was too much trouble for them and they were true ambassadors for the Cotswold Company. Well done guys!

had my first delivery today from the company and I have to say it was seamless. The delivery team, Matt H and Adam were efficient and friendly. They assembled our table and pantry cupboard removed all the packaging. Very happy with our service today and would definitely recommend. Thank you

Matt H and Adam were really helpful with the delivery, locating the best route into the middle of the house, and very professional and efficient in their delivery, unpacking and set up.

The Chichester store was also really helpful, allowing us to move a lot of different furniture around within the store to see what different styles and colours looked like next to each other.

Delivery today by two very nice guys (Ian/Tom). Both very respectful of the newly painted surfaces and the new carpet. Plenty of updates provided as to the arrival time - which was spot on! Everything delivered to the correct location within the bedroom and they spent time advising on the construction of the Wardrobes. Tidied up after themselves. The Chichester store is also a delight to visit with helpful staff on hand. Happy to recommend the company and the delivery service.

For delivering my sideboard, very pleased with it. They were efficient and pleasant. I would recommend using the actual Cotswold company to deliver furniture this way especially if it’s a large item of furniture. In the past my furniture has been delivered by BJS delivery, BJS are ok for small deliveries but not large ones .

Charlie and Bryant delivered our new mattress and took away the old one, moving one mattress from one bed to another for us as we are unable to lift heavy items anymore. They were friendly, efficient, helpful people. We were so pleased with the way they delivered our new mattress and would like to thank them very much.

Impressive showroom (Chichester) with really nice room sets. Top quality furniture very solidly made. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. We bought a sideboard and console table. Delivered on time, but charged for delivery as well. Unfortunately there were no deals to be done despite a fairly high value order.

Easy to order, arrived on time, delivery service excellent (special mention to Ian and Adam O), product quality excellent.

Our media unit is beautiful, fairly costly but well made. The delivery company were awful! Did not speak English, so really difficult to make ourselves understood as to where the unit was to go. Not patient, we wanted to unwrap our unit to check for damage as we had witnessed them shifting other people's goods on their van without any regard. This seemed to annoy them.

Ian & Siu-Pai, the delivery guys, did a great job, very polite and friendly, and happy to position my furniture wherever I wanted.
