Daniello -- Excellent assistant today
Excellent assistant today - Daniello in your Artane branch going above and beyond in customer care.
Daniello has a very friendly calming approach which is not overpowering to the customer.
He showed us respect in allowing us time to think about our purchases without any pressure and although the items weren't available in store today he checked your other branch in Swords and sorted everything for us.

The customer service in Tallaght is always 5 star. During the heatwave, I was looking for a fan, and they didn’t have one in that shop. But they put one by in the warehouse and I was able to go and collect it.
I’ve never left without buying an appliance. Even when I thought I couldn’t afford something they bend over backwards to help you get what you need.

I wasn't informed that the product was…
I wasn't informed that the product was reserved at my chosen depot.
I had to call customer service 48 hours after I ordered click and collect . The customer service agent then sent me the email to go pick the item up.
After I arrived at the depot I was told that it wasn't on the system and he would checke it out.
Eventually, it was sorted. Not a good experience.
