A terrible experience from start to finish, no way of contacting DPD about my supposed delivery that i didn't get and then called DID twice by phone for no one to answer so I had to email instead and still waiting on a reply
I ordered 2 of the same product on 24/062026, both were in stock. I emailed on 01/07/2026 to query when could I expect delivery. I got no response. On 06/07/2026 I phoned customer care and they said they were in stock and would go with DPD that day. Parcel arrived 07/07/2026 and only 1 item was in the package. Phoned C/Care, said they only had 1 in stock and should have stock soon, I asked if they had another colour in stock, which they had and would send it out DPD.

Our fridge freezer had to be replaced urgently and because of the limited space in our kitchen, our options were restricted. Reinard showed us models that would fit our space and arranged the earliest delivery available. We left feeling well looked after.
The first time, evidently there was a crash that prevented my delivery and no one reached out to notify me my delivery would not be completed. The second time, the item was found to be damaged. The third time was today and I again was not notified in advance. I hope the next attempt will be successful. I think this is absurd and that the company should offer me some sort of reimbursement for the FOUR days I’ll have cleared my schedule and waited around. I still don’t have my dishwasher, my kitchen is in shambles, and I think this is totally unacceptable.

Absolutely shocking I'll never buy from them again told after paying that my goods would be in store in 3 days ( went 3 times and kept getting fobbed off, then told we'll deliver them to your home, only 1 arrived after waiting 10 days bought on the 27th of June) then phoned the store to be passed around for over half an hour to 3 different people and told they're in our store if you'd like to collect them... When I told them it's a round trip of 2 hours! Absolute Joke! AVOID there's plenty of other places that more competent!
