Service, staff.

Alec and Johnny delivered my washing machine yesterday morning.
They called to advise me of exact time 10 minutes before they were due to arrive and provided excellent care and attention while installing the appliance.
The installation was a little tricky and involved emptying a press a removing a back board but they did all of this without a word of complaint.
They also provided some tips on how to ensure longevity of the machine and they waited while they ran a test wash to ensure everything was perfect.
They were so courteous and kind during the entire process and answered any questions that I had.
I could not recommend these guys highly enough. It is great to see people take pride and responsibility for their work.

I'm still waiting since July 6th after I sent another review here on July 20th I was promised prompt action 😏 if only companies realised how much bad press they will get from this treatment i bought all my electrical appliances there and constantly recommended them now I tell everyone to avoid them

The staff the second i walk into the shop staff member Caitlin asked me am I ok if you need help im here to help not a bit pushy I ask for help for earbuds she dropped what she was doing and assisted me my experience was more than a 5*

All staff in store were very friendly and helpful today, though Gareth helped me find a particular product I was looking for and located it in another branch nearby for me to collect.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful in finding the product we were looking for. They also suggested alternatives that were less expensive, but still met our needs

We attended the store to find an adapter from North America to Europe. Steven was to quick to assist us. He then prided information on the hair dryers. Excellent service. Will definitely stop by next trip to Bray

I visited during this last heatwave when my mother's fridge broke. She is 91 and has dementia so it was imperative that we get a new fridge as fast as possible for her, and the live-in carer.
Eamonn listened and understood both what we needed and the budget/time limitations we had. A new fridge was chosen, delivered and installed a couple of days later.
Really lovely people, so easy to deal with, very very helpful and super reliable too. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Eamonn!!

Brendan in Tullamore was very helpful in finding the dishwasher we wanted. He arranged for one to be delivered from another branch and sorted home delivery/installation too. He offered sound advice on a stick vacuum too so we bought it even though we didn’t go to the store with this intention. Great service from Brendan
