Janette from the team valley branch was amazing she was very friendly and helped us pick a good mattress for my auntie. What a lovely experience!

we ordered a bed and mattresses from Dream. they ordered the wrong size mattresses for the bed. this was eventually sorted out but the customer care assistant informed me that our mattresses were £200 cheaper and we would receive a refund on our car. this didn`t happen and when we tried to get in touch with customer care we were put on hold. I was told i was No. 9 in the queue and i should be answered in 1 min . 1 hour later I was at No. 6 which I was at for at least 45 mins

Tracy was very kind and informative! Greeted us showed us around and recommended some beds after going on the sleep machine and then left us to have a look around without bothering us. Overall, excellent service and happy with my new purchase.

Came in for a mattress and pillow. We had Niamh serve us. Used the sleep match machine which gave us the correct recommendation that we went for after trying a few options. Would recommend if you need a good mattress and good customer service from Niamh

Walked in to have a look at new mattresses, cost availability, cost to get rid of old one etc, and was helped by a lovely member of staff called Julie, she showed me some affordable mattresses and some more luxury ones she listened to my requirements and didn't try to push me into an overly expensive purchase like other sales people in the past have! I felt respected and valued even though I only came to browse.

We were in and out with a new mattress in no time and they made the store visit much more enjoyable.

The service at Dreams was excellent and I felt I was really taken care of and they were very transparent about everything! Plus they did offer a couple of discounts on the amount I was paying! Highly recommend and I can not wait to have a good sleep!

Lorraine provided excellent service she encouraged us to use the sleep match and explained in great detail everything I needed to know about what matres I needed

I've used Dreams many years ago and had a great experience so didn't hesitate to come back. Oh my how things have gone drastically downhill.

Don't believe a thing on their estimated timescale. They're in no position to honour them.

My biggest and most inexcusable gripe through is with the customer services and communication (or rather lack of it). I placed an order online with no issues, this was then immediately confirmed via email, all good. Since then, nothing.

It's worth noting that their website order tracker system has been down and broken for weeks now with no timescale on a fix. If you ring their customer service help line,.you're greeted with an automated message stating they've taken down their phone services due to the high number of calls coming in that they can't deal with. You're then left with an option of using their online chat, I connected to this to be faced with a "140 people ahead of you" message. I've been waiting on that chat for 20 minutes and it's down to "132 people ahead of you"... I'll be here all day and it all points to maybe one person in the UK dealing with it? (If any?).

I'm now £1.5k down with nothing to show for it, no way of obtaining any kind of an update. Visiting a store isn't an option as I'm always working during their opening hours.

Absolutely shambolic and id actively dissuade others from ever going near Dreams again.

Staff were extremely helpful and able to provide assistance and support whilst looking for the right mattress and bed frame, delivery service was in the window we were promised and overall great service.

We saw Phil at Knaresborough who was excellent with us and he is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend seeing him.

Ordering in store was good. Then the trouble started.
Matress was not delivered. Called the store - cannot help have no access to delivery systems.
Chat - over 50 people ahead in the queue.
Telephone - they have been expecting to answer my call in 1 minute for the past 100 minutes.

Clearly Dreams have real issues if they have such high customer service volumes and each call/chat takes so long.

I would not use Dreams again very poor service.

What an amazing team in the store, would like to thank them! Mine and my partners experience was spear headed by the bloke Ash and with minor help from Shaun, a few weeks ago. We tried a sensor bed called Sleepmatch and then subsequently found the best mattress we have ever slept on. Also Ash made me the best cuppa that we have had at a store in a wee moment. Best service and great chat. Prices were great and we both would reccomend if you need a mattress, Ash is just the best big thanks to him.
