Rude manager at Dreams Catford
Dreams Catford - don’t ever go there. Horrible case of misselling. Manager Erica does not train her staff who offer things they don’t have authority for and when the order gets messed up and is escalated to her she says and I quote ‘ I can’t help you we get 16,000 orders a minute you can cancel the order if you like!!! ‘ The bed my daughter wanted for Christmas was delayed twice and still not received as a result and now they are saying February. Very upset with the very rude service. So disappointed that such big organisation doesn’t care about their customers at all.

Great store to find a Dream mattress
Dreams Catford is a great opportunity to find your Dream mattress. They have a lot of units to relax on and get a feel for which model you need. They even have a machine which recommends mattresses based on your parameters, though I don't think it works since I ended up buying a completely different one. The salesperson was very helpful, explaining all the details about the mattresses and bed frames. The delivery slots were flexible and allowed me to reschedule the delivery. Delivery staff were on time, assembled the bed and I've been enjoying it for a week already. Would definitely recommend.

The bed is good and the mattress is very very conftable
The delivery / the bed installer come prepared with his shoe protective gear. Which shows the respect of the customers property. I was very very grateful.

Very helpful assistant in Dreams store
Very helpful assistant in Dreams store. She let me take my yime and rest on a few beds to test and explain everything to me regarding my concern of maybe choosing the wrong one.She explained how if i did purchase i could exchange my choice within 100days if i was unhappy. Put my mind at rest.

The whole experience was perfect.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff helped to steer us through the choices of mattresses until we found the one that was right for us. They were very helpful indeed. Especially when it came to organising delivery in a totally different location. Everything was made easy, everything went smoothly, the mattress was delivered on time and our old one taken away without fuss or bother. I can't think of a way the whole experience could have been any better. Perfect.

I visited the Dreams Catford store and the customer sales rep was very. helpful. I did the electronic mattress matcher...it helped a great deal and I got the Hyde and Sleep Original Rolled mattress. No regrets very comfortable and my back doesn't hurt anymore.
