Unfortunately I have to tell you that we are not enjoying the mattress. It is only three weeks off use but so far it has been really uncomfortable , if things don't improve I may have to return it.

A seamless way to buy a bed.
From the minute we spoke to the young salesman in the East Kilbride shop, to the exact spot on time of the delivery, we were kept updated and also asked if we needed to change anything. No hard sell - just what we requested. Delivery guys went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, before leaving. Totally recommend this company.

Unfortunately I have to tell you that we are not enjoying the mattress. It is only three weeks off use but so far it has been really uncomfortable , if things don't improve I may have to return it.

Again we visited your East Kilbride store and were blown away by the quality of customer service especially the manager Gareth who again, on this visit sold us another great bed and mattress which we are very happy with. Curtis our sales advisor was excellent…
Curtis our sales advisor was excellent explaining the Sleepmatch system and directed us to the recommended mattress after trying each of the different types. The whole experience of buying a mattress was very informative thanks to Curtis and the computer bed. My wife was also very happy with the choice the Sleepmatch system suggested

We had never been to Dreams before. Really impressed with Michael who attended to us. He knew his products, helped us find the right bed and matress to suit our needs.

Overall service
The service I had in the shop by Agnieska (not sure of spelling) was fantastic. Lovely lady who really tried to help me decide and was very patient and not too pushy. The delivery men were very efficient too.
Please pass on to the staff involved. So far mattress is very comfortable.
