Dreams - Epsom Reviews 

The staff at Epsom Dreams were so thoughtful and knowledgeable it made buying the right mattress quick and easy. Delivery was also a dream the drivers let us know when they would be arriving they wore coverings on their feet before taking the mattress upstairs and were polite and friendly.
I would definitely recommend Epsom dreams for a trouble free experience and real value for money.

Mattress is very comfortable and suitable for us both.

I received great service when visiting Dreams with the intention of buying a new bed, mattress, etc. The manager was extremely welcoming and helpful, and, as I had no idea of what particular product I wanted, I started by lying on a bed which had been set up to determine what type would be most suitable for my ‘contours’. The manager then got me to try out different beds, mattresses, pillows, etc. until I decided which were best for me. At no time did I feel under any pressure either to buy or to go for the most expensive. I therefore purchased excellent quality equipment that I felt was the most comfortable for me.
Also had an excellent cup of coffee!

Mr Shahid was most helpful, patient and I felt he really knows what he was selling to me. He gave me all the options with a good advice and explanation. A very pleasant person to be with.

Simple to order and continually updated with regards to the delivery on the day. The two people who delivered the bed were incredibly professional and polite. I could not have had a better customer experience, very happy with the quality of the bed and mattress and would recommend anyone to use Dreams.

Excellent service. The mattress was very similar to the one I had and from the first night I slept well.

The driver and colleague who took away the old mattress and placed the new mattress on my bed were very helpful and courteous.

John at Epsom Branch was efficient, clear in what he explained re the bed that tested which was the best mattress and the purchase was good. The delivery men excellent with great humour. That's what you need. They also came at 7.10 which was excellent as I had a meeting at 7.30 a.m. Thank you Dreams.

Great service and very informative with the products on sale

John was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable, guiding me through choices of both bedframe & mattress. The sleepmatch machine was brilliant, finding a shortlist of mattresses that matched my needs, making the process of finding the perfect mattress straightforward. Quick delivery, and for relatively small extra cost, new bed assembled and old one disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
