VERY THOROUGH AND HELFUL;NO PRESSURE; WE SELDOM BUY ON THE DAY BUT DID HERE.

I will never use this company again, the staff in the showroom were great but delivery is a joke. Bed ordered 6th June for delivery Monday 20th July all paid for.
Saturday 18th get told there’s a problem and they can’t give a delivery date, I had already booked the day off work and it was to late to cancel so a lost day, we had nothing but the floor to sleep on so had to rush out and buy an inflatable air bed. After much chasing and a small token of compensation (which covered the cost of the air bed nothing else) delivery was finally meant to happen today 2nd September over 6 weeks late, guess what they have turned up today with the divan but no mattress and of course they couldn’t contact anyone so we are still left with no bed to sleep on. Apparently they had a new computer system installed in July and it has messed everything up, I would avoid using Dreams at all cost if you ever actually want to sleep on a bed !! Update from delivery driver is mattress is out of stock so will face to go through the pain of trying to contact customer services to get an update…..will we ever get a bed to sleep on, probably better to cancel and look elsewhere!!

Staff were organised, pleasant and very helpful. They listened to our needs and the system for delivery seemed to be well set up. We shall see!

I bought a TEMPUR SmartCool Pro mattress from Dreams on Sunday. As I’ve recently bought a new property and won’t receive the keys for another few weeks, I needed to call customer service to change the delivery address.

Everything was handled very smoothly. The only small downside was that it took a little while for the phone to be answered, but once I got through, the customer service was excellent — friendly, helpful and very efficient. Changing the address was quick and straightforward, and everything was sorted without any hassle.

Very good experience overall and I’m now looking forward to receiving the mattress!

Excellent service in the Bury branch. Not rushed or hassled to make a decision over a mattress but given advice, shown potential examples and allowed lots of time to test them out and make a decision. Really helpful and friendly staff. Thank you.

Our experience was very good. Riz explained all we needed to know about mattresses. Then left us alone to look round. Which I like to do. Chose one we wanted. liz & Riz were friendly and polite.

Lovely bed but dreadful customer service!
First of all, delighted with the bed quality. If only it had come with all of its attachments. If only the store had listened to me when I told them I was missing 6 castors. If only I hadn’t had to actually go to the store and point out the bed and the fact it needed 12 castors in total, not the 8 they claimed. If only they held spare castors in stock. If only when 2 weeks later I received replacement castors they had sent the correct ones. Thank you Amazon for making it unnecessary for me to have to visit the store again … as apparently they are experiencing high customer calls and can’t take any more calls on their help line.

Quick easy great service

The staff in the shop were great but asking £50 to carry a mattress up 1 floor was a bit much, as was the £85 to take away our old one.
