The delivery men were polite and helpful. The removed the old mattress before bringing in the new one.

Very professional. Staff at shop extremely pleasant & helpful. Which is why we always buy our beds or mattresses there when needed.

Great service from the moment we walked in to help us consider all options before we bought two beds. We asked for a firm mattress and extra firm actually suited us better. Mattress sizes in the UK are noticeably smaller than South Africa, and the team resolved our ordering glitch with a positive can-do attitude. We’ve been won over by the customer experience and have since bought another bed and a sofa bed from Dreams!

I initially contacted Dreams feeling quite frustrated due to an issue with a faulty bed and the complications around replacing it, which wasn’t an ideal situation. However, Nick completely turned the experience around. What was a very frustrating and disappointing situation into a much more positive experience. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

He is a true credit to Dreams, and I sincerely hope his efforts are recognised.

From the time we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Georgia we had a great experience. Georgia was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The delivery was on time and the delivery drivers were respectful and helpful. We received notification of the 2 hour slot the day before and the n the day we were called by the delivery drivers advising of arrival time. This is the second time we have used Dreams and we would certainly recommend them and will definitely use the company again when we replace our own mattress. Thank you very much

So pleased with the bed base and headboard - good value for money. Good communication re delivery and delivery guys were polite, friendly and efficient.

The gentleman in Dreams was extremely knowledgeable and was able to point us in the right direction for exactly the right mattress for us. The delivery was quick and they took the old mattress away to be recycled. The new mattress in amazing and no more aches and pains. Thank you Dreams.

I needed a soft bed for my hips so bought a tempur cloud air cool. I love it sink into it in all the right parts so takes the stress off my hips.

Why go anywhere else? The staff at Dreams do great job and once again have found me what I need at an affordable price, with several options.

Delivery was perfect, on time and entirely as expected. Everything was great. Mattress is lovely. You have to bear in mind that it maybe firmer than the one in the showroom as this is a new mattress not a showroom one.

When we visited Dreams we had excellent service and attention and our salesman was very responsive to our particular needs and requirements.
It took a while to find the right bed for us and he was very patient.
