My wife and I went into the Leicester store to find a new mattress and we were met by Jasdeep he was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and he showed us the sleep match bed which was very interesting to use as it scanned us lying on our back then scanned us in the position how we normally sleep. Then it chooses which mattress suits you best for you to try , he then encouraged us to try the other mattress’s that were on the list and we found a great one thank to Jasdeep and the other staff at Dreams of Leicester thank you for your help. I made a mistake of ordering the wrong size so when I got home and measured my bed and realised I had ordered the wrong size (to big ) I rang the store and they were very happy to help me make the alterations to get the correct size . I’m very happy with our interaction with the staff thank you very much

My son is disabled and the bed was for him the lady was brilliant in the shop she involved him let him try many beds spent extra time with us and was very patient brilliant experience

Sarah at Dreams St George’s Retail Park was outstanding. She and the whole team were friendly, knowledgeable, and a genuine delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I’ll definitely be recommending this store to all my friends. Thank you, Dreams, for making our experience so positive.

Very helpful no pressure

Absolutely appalling experience at the Dreams store in St George’s Retail Park.

I went in fully intending to buy five queen mattresses, ready to spend a significant amount of money, and instead was met with incompetence, unnecessary intrusion, and outright rudeness.

Rather than offering any meaningful help, I was immediately pushed onto the Sleepmatch machine and asked for personal information, including my age. I declined, as this is irrelevant to choosing a mattress — and the explanation given about “muscle mass” was both inaccurate and frankly absurd. Instead of respecting this, the staff member had to go and “check with a manager,” which already set the tone.

While this was happening, another staff member actually screamed at the sight of my tiny, well-behaved, impeccably groomed 3kg dog. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing behaviour, we was a very long way apart in the showroom when this happened and was even trying to hide behind a customer! my dog was calm, clean, and caused absolutely no issue (something easily verified on CCTV).

It only got worse when the manager (a man with a short dark beard) came over. His attitude was blunt, dismissive, and borderline aggressive from the outset. He repeated the demand for my age, then told me to remove my dog from the bed, stating “dogs are dirty.” This was both insulting and unnecessary.

When I calmly asked not to be spoken to in that manner, he escalated the situation further by calling me a “vile person” and telling me to leave. At that point, I was more than happy to walk out and take my business elsewhere.

To summarise: intrusive questioning, poorly trained staff, disrespectful behaviour, and shockingly unprofessional management. I entered as a serious customer ready to make a large purchase and was treated appallingly from start to finish.

Avoid this store if you expect even basic standards of customer service.

I couldnt recommend Jas enough. I entered this place with no idea of what I wanted. He had an extremely friendly approach from the begging, making me and my partner very comfortable. He showed us around, made us feel heard, and helped us all the way until the end. We bought one of the options he recommended, and I honestly just feel very calm and happy with the whole experience. So much better than shopping online.

Great service and attention start to finish. From the first visit to the store where we were guided through the options and tried and tested the mattresses on the Dreams machine, through to excellent delivery service on time and very personable.
Oh and our sleep scores have gone up

Double bed look like a single bed been reported but they don't care about customers

Chose mattress after being given all the information I wanted to know. Was offered tea/coffee, a nice touch.
Most impressed with delivery of mattress. Was given date. Given a two hour slot day before and rung on the day to say drivers on their way.mattress was put on bed and I was given care instructions. Brilliant.
