TheraPur ActiGel® Polar 2800 Combination Mattress-
I have bought three different online beds and mattresses at intervals and have not been able to find one that's been suitable, but now it's a marvellous "now I have".

Good service

I went looking for a new bed in Dreams and was greeted with a friendly welcome. When I chose some possibilities I was helped made an informed decision. All options on purchase and delivery and after sales service were explained clearly. Delivery went smoothly with efficient driver and helper. A month later I am very happy with my new bed.

The whole experience was great,from picking my bed and mattress made easy by experienced shop staff.
Delivery team were great,no fuss ,took old bed out new one in,in under half an hour.

Excellent service from inshore,and the two gentlemen who came and put our bed together were absolutely amazing, took their shoes off by the front door and put covers on their feet really pleased with the service. Thank you Dreams.

My mattress was £300 cheaper on line. So the 2 free pillows which were on offer with the mattress, I paid for. Never again. A con.

Ordered an adjustable bed due to health problems. Worse mistake I ever made.
The delivery men were fine. Obviously, the bed had to be set up ( which was charged to me at a considerable rate as it only took minutes). I realise that it is not the Delivery Mens' problem.
Upon placing the mattressses, it was foudn that they were the incorrect size and were too big with an overlap at each side. As I have had major spinal surgery(hence the adjustable bed) I was consious that this was extremely dangerous and a fall would lead to serious consequences. I was unhappy but assumed that the mattresses would be exchanged for the correct ones as soon as possible. NO - Upon contacting Customer Services I was firstly told five days. I asked to speak to someone senior - he told me fourteen days. He promised to call back (I didn't hold much hope being a Friday.
I had mentioned to the first lady that I spoke to that maybe I would have the whole bed picked up and be refunded. She immediately said it was non-refundable!!!!
Her superior told me that he would try to sort something out. I rang, after waiting for his call, to be told that the earliert would be 6th February . I decide that this was unacceptable and would like the bed picked up and a refund arranged. She said that woudl not be until 12th Feb and I would have to wait a furhter seven to ten days for the refund. They are a joke.
The dismissiveness is appalling. I will now be staying with a family member for two weeks.
One excuse was that it was the weekend.
I was reluctant to purchase with dreams as a few people had warned me off. I wish I had listened.
Oh well - you live and learn.
I am now going to contact Consumer Services and a Local Solicitor to advise accordingly.
Please think carefully before using these people. They are a large company and really do not care for the consumer.

We are really pleased with our new mattress from dreams. It is really comfortable and good quality. We wanted a firm mattress so we went for an orthopaedic one. A very good choice in our opinion.
The Dreams store in Merthyr was excellent well layed out and clean and tidy. The sales staff had good knowledge of their products and were very helpful, not pushy atall, which put us at ease straight away.
It was a easy process to order our new mattress and to arange a convenient delivery day, and even got our old mattress taken away on the same day! We were really pleased and would highly recommend Dreams in Merthyr.
