Friendly helpful servive
I have back pain so went to Dreams to get a new mattress. It came within two weeks, but within a very short time my back pain intensified so much I could hardly walk. The mattress was too hard. I went back to Dreams to order another mattress which was £405 cheaper than the first. I expected this amount to be credited to my credit card, but was shocked to be told I would get vouchers instead. However, I had further talks with Dreams and they credited my card with with half of the outstanding value and I took the rest in vouchers. So a happy ending.

So happy with my new bed mattress and pillow
We popped into Dreams just to look at a new mattress OMG best thing I ever bought. Ended up buying a bed and pillow to. Both myself and my husband have had the best night sleep since we got our new set up. The lady that served us Chris I think her name was so helpful, knowledgeable and politely. We were never rushed. We took our time and chose the items we really wanted. This was the Dreams in Kingsbury Road Erdington Birmingham. So glad we popped in Tony and Jackie

We when to your store in eastbourne to ask why on theottomanbed side did not have a glass top we were told it did not come with one but on the box it says fragile glass in this box your use less assistance said it was the glass bulbwhich was not in that box I fell we were treated very badly by your staff and I intend to make this matter let people not to buy your products or check every single item they are getting.

You are just quoting the lies made up by the sales person at Eastbourne.
If the warning, 'fragile contains glass' on the box is because of the light bulbs, why were the lights with bulbs in the headboard box. As that is where they are fitted to. If any of you looked at the item ordered or new anything about this item you would have realised this excuse is a lie, made up by the sales person as an excuse.
I have been misslead by the box saying glass is included, the staff at Eastbourne and you at customer services.

Good afternoon
Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are disappointed with your new Saffron bedframe.
Whilst I remain sympathetic to your situation, I must reiterate that you did view the bed in store, and that model does not have any sort of glass top on the bedsides. The staff in our Eastbourne store have also clarified that there was no discussion at any point regarding this. .
Furthermore on the Q&A part of our website it also confirms that the bedsides do not come with glass.
The fragile warning on the packaging relates to the bulbs for lights in the bed.
I hope that this explains the matter to you clearly, however should you need any further help or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Great experience at Reading branch
Claire and Kevin at the Reading branch made my bed shopping experiance an absolute delight. Due to situation with moving house they were able to reassure me about the options on delivery dates and finance options. I didn’t feel any pressure from the team and they really helped my vision come to life

Customer service at Dreams has been stand out amazing from start to finish. Brilliant at point of sale, the guy at the shop was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we tried out every mattress in the shop! Customer service were incredibly helpful to deal with over the phone and the delivery guys went above and beyond to get our bed to us when our road was closed! Can't recommend highly enough.
