Geoff was really helpful. We did the sleep match to find our perfect matrress. He was very patient and full of advice. Pleased with our purchase

Lauren at the Shirley store was fantastic she helped me find my perfect mattress, she got me many different pillows to find what worked best for me. Got us drinks and went through all the T’s & C’s

The staff was very helpful, and the atmosphere was great, I bought a nice and comfortable bed and mattress. Definitely recommend 👌

The staff were very helpful, i came in to look at what pillows they have and the young man in the Kidderminster store was very helpful in finding me the right one, I even had a nice cup of tea while i was trying all of the pillows.

I will definitely be coming back in the future, the manager was also really nice while the other staff member was making my tea.

When I entered the store I was welcomed by Jennifer who was very helpful and knowledgeable when talking to me, helping me to choose the perfect mattress. She was also very clear on explaining everything and very confident during the time I spent with her.

I went to the Fulham store and found the staff to be very welcoming. The service was friendly and the staff was very knowledgeable about the products and made the whole process easy.
I particularly want to mention Jerome, who was courteous and very professional.

Awful service. Completely misleading delivery times on their website and a shambles for customer service. They are always busy, never get back to you in a reasonable time and no knowledge of what’s going on. They deny you the right to make formal complaints and communication recorders is awful.
