Team Work Makes Dreams Work!
Fantastic caring service from Mehrnoush. Welcomed us into the store & asked if we needed any help or assistance. We said at the moment "we're just looking" We were left to wander the store & invited to try any/all the mattresses we were interested in. When we'd narrowed our choice down to 3 or 4 Mehrnoush invited us to try the sleep match experience to see which mattresses would best suit our needs. This narrowed our choice down to two & we were given different pillows to try with these mattresses. When we'd made our choice we were invited to the desk, offered a drink & proceded to buy not just the mattresses but also a new double divan bed. At all times we felt comfortable & assured with the advice Mehrnoush provided. One Big Thank You Mehrnoush you are a real asset to the Dreams Team.

Brilliant bed service
Service and staff are brilliant. Kathy made the experience of buying the bed seamless.
Delivery experience was excellent. Jack and team mate arrived on time, assembled the bed in the room, wore overshoes to protect the carpet - no mess afterwards.

Purchased a new mattress from Stevenage…
Purchased a new mattress from Stevenage store, sales assistant, Mandy, was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Really pleased with the purchase, arrived on the day as expected, packaged excellently packaged. On delivery the guys were excellent and unpacked and installed. Then took away the old mattress away with them. Very impressed, would definitely buy from again and recommend.

Wouldn't lend a bed remote for one night
Just wanted to borrow a Sleepmotion bed remote control for 1 night (because of relocation and forgetting the remote), but was told that the remotes they have won't work because they're syncrhonised (paired) to their beds. I know that they can be re-paired to a different bed but was told that it wasn't possible to and that I would have to order one from customer service.
They just didn't want to know.
I would have been prepared to pay a refundable deposit just to have the remote for one night but no!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for any frustration that this matter has caused you.
Whilst I understand this frustration, the store do need to keep a fully working sleepmotion bed in the store at all times. Giving the display model parts away, even if only on a temporary basis is not something that is possible for them to do.

Took a couple of doors off but we managed it
Everything was handled well from purchase to delivery and construction
Delivery team went the extra mile so we achieved the bed and mattresses route up the difficult staircase to the loft extension , mattresses sit a little proud of the base but bed is wonderful, very happy
