I’d give them a zero star if possible. They scheduled me an appointment at the Pelham branch for 6:00 p.m. I got there a little early and was walking around their lot and found it very odd for not one salesperson to come out. So as it approached 6:00 I started in and I was again awed how nobody came up to me until after about 10 minutes of me standing there. Well a gentleman walks up and speaks and I say I’m here for an appointment at 6:00. He says let me get u signed in and I believe that’s wat he did and then he said u can just hang around and someone will be with I in a minute. Well I sat down for about 10 mins still nobody. Got up went to vending machine and got a snack and a drink. Went and sat back down and ate my snack and drank my drink. Still nobody. I then got up and went out to my work van and grabbed a smoke and walked around their entire lot 2 times looking at their cars. Still nobody. I then went back over by my work van and and smoked again and played on my phone and still nobody so now I’m getting tired of being there and being ignored. So I jump into my drivers seat of my work van and just sit there with door open right in front of the store for about 5 more minutes before finally saying heck with it and I drove off. No call, no message or no email from anyone with drivetime. I emailed the guy I had been talking to online who’s name is Christian no reply. Emailed him again and again still no reply. Drive time gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. It’s like they don’t wanna sell cars. Now don’t forget I had an appointment.

Sold me a car that was never worked on the maintenance report shows that something was looked at but that’s about it when I asked for a detailed maintenance report the lady through their customer service was rude and stated I would need a SUBPOENA to get a detailed maintenance report. That tells me either the individual who’s maintenancing the vehicles or inspecting doesn’t know what they’re doing or they know that the vehicle is messed up and they decided to sell it anyways. So make sure if you’re getting a vehicle from here make sure they inspect EVERYTHING or maybe just don’t buy from here period. The sales people are amazing everyone front staff is great but those people on the phone don’t care a lick about you.

I was happy to get the car but I felt rushed. And it was because I felt rushed that I missed my door handle buttons being broken and now I have to go to the repair shop that wants to keep the car. I feel elated and disappointed at the same time
