Got there in the end !!
The response was prompt even on Christmas week Saturday. Stefan called to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He persevered and finally managed to clear the blockage which was some 15 metres away from my property. My only concern was his initial diagnosis that a modest little box bush and it's roots were the cause of the problem. I managed to dissuade him of this. That said he did keep at it and cleared the blockage after about 4t minutes.

Provided excellent service at short notice in the afternoon on Christmas Eve. Cleared the drain in a few minutes and did some exploratory work to find the source of the problem.
Much better than the previous company I used.

Expensive but friendly
The guys who came round to check the drain blockage were friendly and clearly explained the problem. They helped to clear some of the blockage but then advised us how to fix it properly ourselves. For the call out charge I wold have expected more help and fixing of the problem from them

Was an absolute star Luke is and a huge asset to the Dyno-Rod team. Tried two different companies without…
Tried two different companies without success and they quoted higher price than Dyno. Finally reached out to Dyno and they sorted the issue. Their van is equipped with all required tools to do the job and they didn’t mess about. The guy even went a mile ahead by trying to even put our dishwasher back. I would highly recommend.

We had a serious flooding problem on our shared drive so booked Dynorod very easily on their excellent app. They came within a couple of days and efficiently cleared out the drain, sent a camera down to make sure it was all clear, and left everywhere clean and tidy.
