I will shop no where else for electronics, appliances and/or whatever Elgiganten sells. Other competitors may sell the same brand name products but only this store has the staff to be there when needed. Best products, best prices and the greatest staff. You won't be disappointed. Randers Sø store best around.

There was a great promotion on the vacuum I bought and the pick up was easy. The staff were very helpful seeing the device was too heavy and provided assistance :)

One month delivery...maybe
I can see that its just one star review these days. So dont shop here. I ordered something and after agreed 3 weeks of delivery...lets wait another 2

Not the first lame experience though. Got a 15000 dkk laptop some 10 years ago and i saw that its not new when i opened and saw the scratches on the screws. Instead of an apology i got an attitude from some 12 years old "manager" using snappy voice to go with "well, what do you want me to do"
Just stay away from this shop. Go to power, spend 50 dkk more and have a happy life

I ordered something with Klik&Hent yesterday that I was supposed to be able to pick up in an hour. 24 hours later my order still hasn't been processed and I have no information about when I will be able to pick it up. I wanted to make the process faster by using Klik&Hent service, but it did the opposite and that's really annoying.

However, I was greatly surprised to see a I received a highly used piece with the old full dust bag still inside and the dusting flying out when I opened the badly packed box. Very disappointed, but I see it’s a working piece, so I decided to keep it.

Ordered a fridge and they tried to deliver but it wouldn't fit in the elevator. As there was only 1 guy they took the fridge back to storage as they need 2 people for the stairs. I had to contact them to find out what next and they said they would need to add 1500 dkk as it is a special job to deliver that. I cancelled the order. They didn't even know about the elevator before but knew the size of the package and that it had to go up to a 3rd floor in Copenhagen (They should know what that means). If I woudl have known about that amount of extra cost I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. So had to go through some trouble and stay home for nothing. Not ordering with them anymore.

I went to the shop in Stroget today to pick up Dyson I purchased online. I was declined to pick up because my digital passport was not enough even though I had the receipt of purchase with the same name. Very disappointing.

Same convenience as used to be in Sweden when I lived there some time ago. I appreciate the level of service and knowledge among the employees. And the fact that I'm English-speaking rather than Danish wasn't an issue at all!
