The team are extremely helpful always given good clear advice, should anything occur with stock levels they inform everyone immediately of issues and update those multiple orders so nobody runs out to keep your weekly dose on track. I've been with them from their start and will stay until I'm completely finished

Immediately my call was answered i knew I was in good hands, talking to a real person, who answered all my concerns and gave me so much confidence in their service. I received my order in a timely manner and I know if I have any further concerns I can pick up the phone and speak to a competent person rather than an AI assistant with scripted answer
