Decided to look at Eurocell for a bespoke Garden office with storage space. We got what felt like a very personalised service from the off with a great sales representative (Robin Iles) who comprehensively talked us through the options and was incredibly helpful both before and after we'd confirmed the sale. He was available at any time to answer the smallest question about the build. The pre-fitting delivery of the garden room parts was unbelievably smooth and professional. The delivery team got everything into place for the build with so little fuss I wouldn't have known they had just moved an entire building in bits if it wasn't for the neat pile in the garden. The groundsscrew fitting was highly professional and then the team had the building up and ready in no time. The attention to detail was very reassuring and I couldn't be more pleased with the final construction. All of this is an incredibly tight site with the only access through the house - I expected mess and chaos and the experience couldn't have been more different.

Like all previous reviews that mention Robin Iles I have had a great experience. After moving in to a new house I wanted to add some additional space for a Gym and office. I contacted Eurocell and Robin came down from Bristol to Devon to look at our space and give us some ideas. He was fantastic, talked through options and we placed an order on the spot. After much faffing on my side we actually increased the size room and then had to put in for planning as we had no permitted development rights. Robin organised plans to help support this process and was happy to indulge my inability to make decisions. When planning came through the room was delivered and installed within a few weeks. The team from CS Lewis installations were brilliant from building the base to installing the room. After the plasterboard supplier let them down they drove 100 miles back a day later to fit it out inside not finishing until almost 8PM. Polite, friendly and worked like troopers.

I am also trying to have a garage built currently and after having 15 builders round to quote am yet to receive anything. If only every building type work could be as easy as this was with Eurocell and Robin.

The second fix electrics and plastering should be complete in the next few weeks and i'm looking forward to using the room.

We had a really good experience with Eurocell, especially thanks to Robin Iles, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of finalising our garden office. He was very transparent, always available when we had questions, and guided us really well from start to finish. A genuinely nice person to deal with and a real credit to Eurocell.

CS Lewis and his team were also fantastic. They were professional, friendly and clearly took pride in their work. They didn't just focus on getting the job done on time, but also made sure the quality of the work was excellent.

A big thank you to Robin and the whole team. We are really happy with our garden office and would definitely recommend them.

I think Eurocell is very good because they have a great range of products, easy to view online, high quality. The service was good and delivery too (guttering too long to go in the car). Staff helpful.

The Team was very helpful and went out there way to order the correct amount as it was for cladding for a triangle Apex . No need to over order. Delivery next day on time . Could not be better and definitely recommend.

Ordered a garden room through Robin Lies and we aren’t disappointed, from the initial discussion with Robin through to the installation, everything was flawless, we are more than happy to recommend Eurocell and of course their regional garden room consultant Robin for South Wales at least. Fully insulated, plasterboarded out, external cladding in a choice of colours along with DG French doors and a rubber roofing system, oh’ and fist fix electrics. Follwed by a ten year warranty from a big player in the building plastics industry. Five stars from us.

Online purchasing was easy and straightforward, prices were excellent.
The upvc trim was delivered quickly to my premises by a polite and helpful company driver.
