Disgusting company, when you try to leave their subscription service they make you pay for an extra month

Really poor equipment. Zero maintenance. Dirty. Unbelievably it's getting worse.

So happy I rejoined this gym ! At Chiswick Sports Ground, Hartington Rd W4, used to be Roko, but the new management is way better Hassan is an absolute star so helpful, professional, and always has a big smile. He sorted my welcome pack lock issue instantly and reminded me about my 6 weeks of free one to one coaching.
I train in the daytime and love it here. Time to
Time free coffee is great, the pool has zero issues, and the cold bath is amazing. It’s so much better than Virgin Active Riverside, where people just chat instead of exercising. This place is worth every penny and it’s walking distance from my house. Hassan needs a pay rise ASAP! Highly recommend try a day pass or week you won’t regret.

They are a scam. Everlast Sale had a promotion in july for us to enter a fixed term contract. The gym shut down in September. My contract was transfered to another gym without my consent. Avoid all gyms undereverlast.

Ewell Banstead Rd is SO much better since a personable and professional manager started systematically tackling all the issues on this recently partly refurbished club. The gym is great, well equipped, the pool area tired but clean and water quality is good… cleaning of showers and the exterior still needs attention …. Membership reasonable…. Standards going in the right direction …. Thank you James.

I swim weekly at Barnsley’s Everlast gym. I’ve repeatedly commented to staff about the poor facilities over the years. Nothing happens.
The ceiling is peeling off, showers need constant pressure to work, changing rooms are dirty, with ripped seating and damaged benches taped up. The lockers don’t have keys that work.
The management don’t respond or attend to reports from staff.

Miss sold a package deal then was charged more to change gym because of a staff member at London Road Liverpool.

When I signed up, I was persuaded to take the more expensive membership and was specifically told by a member of staff that I could downgrade at any time after trying the classes.

When I later tried to downgrade, I was told this wasn't possible due to the fixed-term contract. I raised this with both the club manager and customer service, explaining that I had chosen the higher membership based on what I was told, but was simply told there was nothing they could do and that I had to continue paying the higher rate.

Very disappointing customer service, particularly when the information given at sign-up directly influenced my decision to take the more expensive membership. It feels very scammy and I wouldn't recommend.

Friendly staff...The gym is always clean...The lighting is great for showing your muscle shapes....The weight machines are the best you can buy made by an old company called
Nautilus which have been around since the early days of body building.
I'm 67 now and have been training with weights since i was 17 years old.,And the Everlast Thurrock Gym has all the right equipment you will ever need to build a strong powerful body.

All the staff at Everlast, East Kilbride are always helpful and friendly. The gym is a nice size and well-equipped. It is always a pleasant experience to go! Joined my son up and now I go regularly too!

Website designed by a 5 year old. Impossible to change GYM - 4 different prices for the same membership - no way to delete account.

No way to register a new account because they keep your phone number on file.

If you want to move from 1 gym to another then good luck.

Pathetic company horrible customer service. They like to ignore all complaints so they get another month of payments out of you and then answer your requests to then proceed to run you around more circles. They're hiring scam artists

Sham of a company, advertised for £5 membership and as i signed up to a rolling monthly contract the contract sent read 12 months contract. I immediately called to cancel and stated that this was false advertising as there is no mention of a 12 months contract contract. The person on the phone said that he would cancel my contract and issue my refund. Nothing come about and I sent an email as I was still writhin 14 days and had not attended the gym (I joined a different one). I recieved an email stating I had to call my local gym to cancel, I wrote back stating that this is also not in the contract and as I had joined online I was in my right to a cancellation online (oh by the way they don’t even hold the phone at the local gym). As time has gone they keep delaying requesting more convoluted ways to stop my cancellation. I eventually stopped my direct debit and asked for a charge back to get my money from the bank.

Avoid this company obviously a sham if they have to use such underhanded tactics to sign people up.

I am the member in the Bromborough gym for many years . I like the gym with the pool that is why I still stay at this gym. When I go to the gym the cross trainer is the only cardio I love to use . But unfortunately this machine (5 of them ) none of the one you can use it with program. It’s been like that for so many years and I had been reported that few times . They only will said that they will send someone to check or whatsoever. As a member their so many year you paid for the membership but this basic equipment is not available is just shame .
