Straightforward, no hassle or problems, good prices, shipping was even faster than promised. Print was darker than I intended, but I don't see that as their fault.

My experience with Exakta Photography has been extremely disappointing, and the entire situation is, frankly, absurd.
Exakta was invited to photograph graduating Grade 3 students at their senior high school. On the day of the photography, while the students had not seen a single finished photograph, almost all of the students who were already 18 were asked to sign a purchase agreement.
As a result, parents only became aware of this “agreement” when a package of photographs arrived months later.
What makes this even more concerning is that it took around six months before I, as a parent, was able to see a copy of the agreement. When I questioned this, Exakta’s response was:
“Had you contacted us earlier to request a copy of the order form, we would of course have been happy to provide it and answer any questions.”
This completely misses the point. The issue is not whether I could have requested a copy earlier. The issue is the way this agreement was obtained in the first place.
When I challenged Exakta about using the school environment to conduct what I consider an unfair sales practice targeting young students, their repeated response was that the students were “Adult only” and therefore had voluntarily signed the agreement.
Legally being 18 does not suddenly make a young person experienced in contracts, sales practices, or consumer rights.
These are Year 3 students in a school environment. Many have only just turned 18. They were approached in a familiar school setting and asked to sign a purchase agreement for photographs they had not even seen. From their perspective, the agreement consisted essentially of selecting an option and signing it. Apparently, that is enough to make the sale perfectly acceptable.
So I have to ask: would this sales method work anywhere else as easily as it does in a school?
Would you approach a group of young people who have only just become legal adults, have them sign a purchase agreement before seeing the product, and then rely on the fact that they are technically “adults” to justify the process?
The fact that something may be legally valid does not automatically make it fair, ethical, or responsible.
Schools should be places where students can feel safe and protected, not environments that companies exploit as convenient sales channels.
If this is what Exakta considers responsible sales practice, then they have certainly taught these young adults a memorable lesson — just not the lesson I would want a company working in a school to teach them.
Delivered photos not ordered within an order with a very short time interval to return.
Not a serious company.
Ok photos, but a scam for the rest.
I called them to fix a mistake in my order and they were very helpful and fixed the issue.

Loooooong time delivery...
To the point that I was just about to call and ask if they missed my order.

The process was straight-forward and the fridge-magnet photos are a great way to have a memorable photo of your child!

We ordered by mistake digital photos , we seem direkt it was wrong and we wanted printed ones . Mailed them instantly to cancel and order printed ones and they said no way , you have to pay out the full amount for the digital photos . Now we have to pay for all the photos digital which we absolutely do not need and then buy new ones printed .
I don’t understand why this company has a monopoly in Sweden , they are terrible to deal with , incredibly bad website , and horrible customer service

Charged almost 300 SEK extra, more than double what they told me I would pay when I asked.

We're not rating the pictures but the aftersales experience with this company is a total joke.
As one of two parents I'm bombarded with CTAs to buy photos on both e-mail and text.
"ONLY ONE DAY LEFT TO CLAIM!" sort of stuff, and the best part... the other parent has already bought it...
To whomever handles customer experience at Exaktaphoto; This system you're using is total and utter garbage.
