We enrolled my daughter thinking it will be helpful for her learning , but we found that they park the children in front of the pc and let them do what ever .
The most annoying part was when they came to meeting with all the data from the pc which are manipulated as results are made or given .
Level of teaching is very arguably as the one we had to deal was just interested to how she appears rather than teaching . Obviously this is our feedback , I will recommend to try to proof me wrong .
My children is here in Whitechapel centre for 6 weeks they love attending here and staff is very friendly.
After using explore learning for my grandson to help with gcse, which he enjoyed the staff seemed friendly.we told them we only wanted the tuition up to June as that’s when gcse finished. Then I unfortunately forgot to cancel the direct debit, and in July that took another payment from my bank of £139 which they should not have taken as my grandson finished early June, when my daughter rung them to say what had happened they refused to refund but said of if he doesn’t pass his exams out of good will we will give him a months tuition, this is disgraceful to say that hopefully he passes and if he does we wouldn’t be needing them anyway so we would loose the money, but even if he don pass I would never use this company again I have contacted my bank who also said this was very bad management. Don’t not use this company I understand this decision comes from there head office very bad customer service.
My daughter feels comfortable and enjoys her time spent. Being able to do extra work at home is very helpful.
From the start to current usage of the platform ,we are very happy and satisfied with the service, attitude and the personal touch. Communication, transparency and the level of teaching is amazing. We are very happy to be part of it all and to have found you. I would recommend to everyone, happily! Thank you!!🙏
My son (aged 15) has shown great improvement since starting his Saturday sessions. He recently told me he achieved the highest mock exam score in his year in Maths and I believe his time with Explore Learning has contributed to this. From my experience, the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful.
Value for money... YES
Kind regards, Proud parent :)

Standards have fallen a lot. Employed a lot of inexperienced university students who are not committed.

The team here are absolutely amazing. I've gotten to know Sophie and Maya so well over the past year and a half and my little boy has come so far just by attending the sessions. They genuinely care about the children that attend their sessions and make it so interactive for the kids. My child has become more confident since attending the classes and it's all thanks to the team over at the Tesco Kingston Park branch. Another mention goes to Will who really connects with his kids, even though Will doesn't teach my child anymore, the atmosphere they bring collectively as a team is like no other I've seen before. When my youngest is old enough to start attending, I'll most definitely be signing her up.

My child started taking it more than two months ago, but it has benefited a lot. Thank you all.

The teachers are fantastic and do amazingly well with my SEN son as well as my daughter. They cater to the kids abilities and learning styles very well. Regular parents consultations are so informative and valuable in terms of catching up and being on the same page with the staff. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Explore Learning. The tutors are excellent, the support team is always helpful, and their collaborative approach keeps parents fully involved. My child has grown in confidence and skills. Truly a great learning centre.

I completely agree with one of the other reviewers. In my experience, Explore Learning should reconsider promoting its services so heavily when the level of support delivered does not match the expectations created by its advertising.
We had a very disappointing long-term experience with the Ealing Broadway centre. While the staff are polite and appear to care, the actual quality of learning support has been extremely concerning.
My daughter was placed on comprehension and writing exercises and remained on the same type of work for almost two years. Eventually, I was told by her tutor that it was not their responsibility to teach her how to properly complete the tasks. There was little meaningful feedback, no clear progress tracking, and very limited guidance to help her improve. She was often left to struggle independently, only for her book to be closed at the end of the session and for her to be sent home.
As a result, her writing skills have declined significantly, and she has developed the impression that writing at a level below expectations is acceptable.
Children frequently sit with their hands raised waiting for help for long periods, while sessions often start late despite parents paying for a full tutoring session. At the end of the session, children are dismissed immediately, leaving no flexibility for completing tasks. I was even told that I was late for collection, despite explaining that I allowed a small buffer so my daughter could receive her full 60 minutes of learning time.
Another concern is that my daughter has repeatedly been placed among disruptive children, seemingly expected to tolerate and manage their behaviour rather than receive the focused support she needs. It feels the centre is taking on too many children to provide proper supervision and effective teaching or the management of the tutoring sessions is inadequate.
Overall, the quality of care and learning support has significantly declined since we joined a while ago. I have serious concerns about the experience my child has received and intend to raise these concerns further, including with Ofsted.

The content of study and how they closely track kids progress and weak areas makes it a better place for extra studies.
