Beautiful, elegant. Worth to price.

Went in to collect a bracelet I had ordered and have one ring altered and another ring repaired, we received very friendly service a very pleasant experience.

Great customer service, I only wish I got the name of the lady who served us is the Dover store. Had the perfect bracelet which is just what we wanted for a gift for my partners 30th birthday. The lady who served us also made the experience very pleasant for my 6 year old daughter who was there with me too. We will definitely use again for when we return again for the next special occasion. Thank you.

After purchasing a silver necklace a week ago it has snapped. I particularly expressed that I wanted a strong one and paid extra for a strong fastener. A weak link was used which gave way when put to the test. I have been told that I have to pay extra to have it soldered.

On Saturday 27th January 2024 I purchased silver earrings from Hinds in Huddersfield and in doing so asked the shop assistant to tighten the slot where the locking pin was to be seated because it was too loose (earrings horseshoe shape) she overtightened one earring that I could not open without perhaps breaking it, so I did not attempt to, and did nothing with the other one so it just flipped open without locking. I attempted to phone the shop the following Monday, to no avail as the number on the receipt was constantly engaged as was the Head Office in Uxbridge. The reviews on here are scary so I await with trepidation what my experience will be when I call into the shop on Tuesday. I'll let you know in due course. What has happened to honesty and good service these days!!

Yesterday, we visited F.Hinds in Barnstaple, hoping to find a bracelet for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We were served by a nice helpful lady who found us the perfect gift!

The Barnstaple branch is always clean and tidy and a pleasure to shop in, which is why, I always choose F.Hinds.

I went in for some silver Huggy sterling silver earrings to the ashford outlet store. The lady serving me was extremely helpful and allowed me to view several options. I came away very happy with a pair. Will definitely go there again.

Recieved on time but sadly it was to thin so took it to the shop and exchanged it for a thicker one service was very good would recommend

We went into the Milton Keynes store to day to enquire about a repair to a piece of jewellery. We received prompt and helpful advice from the staff and asked them to proceed with the repair.
We have always found the staff friendly and helpful and have used this branch on many occasions. We would certainly use them again.

The staff member who served me was extremely helpful. He recommended a way to help with the restoration of my bracelet.

My watch needed a new battery and some links removed from the bracelet. I was impressed by the attention to detail when assessing the number of links to remove then checking to ensure the adjustment was correct. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

I wished to replace a Citizen eco watch which had given excellent service for 20 years and I had compiled a shortlist with prices from other jewellers. The manager showed me three watches and discussed the benefits of each including best size for a small wrist and flexibility of steel bracelet. He told me which prices were eligible for price matching. I feel that I was able to make an informed choice and obtained an excellent product at a very competitive price.
