I have been shopping in my local F Hinds for many years. I have always received the very best customer service. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always look good.
I have recently taken silver/gold in for cash/card and have received the best service.

I was wanting a silver bracelet/ bangle for one of my nieces 40th birthday presents.
I decided on one from Radley collection. The assistant showed me how it opens, then she wrapped it for me. Great products and service as always

Looking everywhere for a padlock bracelet so was happy they had one.Was served by a knowledgeable lady and was pleased with my purchase.

The lady who served me, Natasha C, brought out a selection of silver chains for me to look at which was very helpful. I chose a chain with no pressure from Natasha

Went in to buy a necklace for my granddaughter and sell some broken silver jewellery. Both members of staff who helped me were extremely kind and helpful. Great service.

I entered the store and asked for some advice regarding a purchase my niece for her 13th birthday. The young man was wonderful going through the silver necklaces and bracelets with me. He was patient an kind and we landed on a beautiful silver cross necklace, which she loved.

Help and advice given straight away. Clear instructions re mending broken bracelet clasp.

Becki was amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. She did not rush me at all and I felt a valued customer. I will definitely recommend her to anyone else who wants to sell gold and silver.

Staff were very knowledgeable about the vintage charm bracelet we took in for review and cleaning. Very pleasant team and turned around the cleaning process within an hour and came was better than expected and now is a nice heirloom for our Granddaughter. Well done!!

I went to the Walsall branch today looking for a new silver cross and chain. The lady was very friendly and helpful and I was happy with the large choice. I purchased a cross and chain and silver cleaner. Very satisfied and will visit again soon, as I now have my eye on a bangle I spotted.

My English is poor, but the lady with the blonde, curly hair didn't treat me indifferently; she always had a lovely smile. I bought an earring and a bracelet, and she was kind enough to ask if I wanted the silver cleaning cloths. She's very attentive. ❤️ The world could use more people like her.

I rang earlier in the morning to ask if a florelli bracelet was in stock,the staff member put it adidw for me until I could get into store once in store she was trying to locate the necklace and earrings but we're at another store very helpful staff I would go back.

On 12th March 2026,I placed online order for 2 citizen men watches. The Order Number: 583105, delivered on time.
Unfortunately one of the watches (Citizen AW0110-82L Stainless Steel Eco-Drive Bracelet Watch - W38244), was not in brand new condition. It's used condition and delivered without a user manual nor a catalogue of the watch.
They also, did not publish the review I wrote on their website because I mentioned their poor service.
I will not be spending my money here again.
Please avoid this Bag of S*** for piece of mind

I went to F.Hinds in Bletchley and they were helpful in fixing my broken bracelet, installing a new gold link and giving great tips.

The staff are really friendly and helpful and they have an excellent selection of jewellery to choose from. I was looking for silver rainbow studs for my niece and they had them! Would highly recommend them.

Have had alterations to 3 separate charms, that I had bought online, for a charm bracelet brought from this jewellers. All were carried out with care & attention as to what was needed. Also on the last visit got a nice necklace too. Always good quality items from this jewellers.

I was looking for a chain for my 82-year-old mum and wanted something she could wear comfortably every day.

The team were incredibly helpful and genuinely took the time to understand what I needed. We chose a 24-inch silver chain that she can simply lift over her head — no fiddly clasps, no need to ask her carers for help.

I had visited four other shops locally, but this was by far the best option. The chain is fine and elegant, yet the link design feels much stronger and more durable than others I saw, which often looked prone to breaking.

Most importantly, my mum absolutely loves it. She can now wear her favourite pendants again with complete ease, and it’s made her feel very special.

A small gift, but a big difference — and far better than an Easter egg.
