Have had alterations to 3 separate charms, that I had bought online, for a charm bracelet brought from this jewellers. All were carried out with care & attention as to what was needed. Also on the last visit got a nice necklace too. Always good quality items from this jewellers.

Quick, friendly and efficient service when buying a bracelet for my birthday - thanks!

I was looking for a chain for my 82-year-old mum and wanted something she could wear comfortably every day.

The team were incredibly helpful and genuinely took the time to understand what I needed. We chose a 24-inch silver chain that she can simply lift over her head — no fiddly clasps, no need to ask her carers for help.

I had visited four other shops locally, but this was by far the best option. The chain is fine and elegant, yet the link design feels much stronger and more durable than others I saw, which often looked prone to breaking.

Most importantly, my mum absolutely loves it. She can now wear her favourite pendants again with complete ease, and it’s made her feel very special.

A small gift, but a big difference — and far better than an Easter egg.

The lady called Vivi A served me today and was very patient, giving great advice. Due to a medical condition I had to have a watch with expanding bracelet.

We ordered an identity bracelet and asked for a particular engraving. The staff in Hinds were super attentive and interested in our request. The bracelet with a perfect engraving was completed in one week and ready to wear. We are very happy with the bracelet and the great service we received.

I asked whether they still sold gold and silver cleaning cloths and the sales girl went and got them straight away.

I had ordered my watch online for collection in shop
At first a woman assisted in showing me my new watch & setting the time, day & date for me. Then she went off to take some links out the bracelet, a man then went to assist her as the strap was rather dlfficult to adjust because of bars in the strap. After about an hour it was sorted....long time to wait, but no worries. They were both very helpful & polite from start to finish. I have & will use them again.

Hi ! It was a nice experience in the shop. The people was verry nice and the girl who served me explain verry detailed the necklace, earrings and bracelet . A full set from brand POLICE made from steel.
It was the first time wen I come to that store . For my was good experience and I can't wait to come back next time.

My husband bought me a bracelet in November but in February the safety chain broke, even though it hadn’t been worn more than a few times. I took it back to the shop but 3 weeks later was informed I had damaged the bracelet. Despite me insisting this wasn’t the case and the bracelet should have lasted longer than 4 months they wouldn’t repair it but offered me a 25% discount on a replacement. I refused their offer.

The store was very clean and tidy, the lady I spoke to in the Dunstable store (Elizabeth) was very helpful in helping me to try the bracelet I was looking at for myself, very very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to my friends and family. STEER CLEAR! I bought a ring in the shop and the assistant was lovely, very knowledgeable and great at her job. I then decided to buy a bracelet on line, again with the same company! Wow what a difference a firm makes when you try to return goods! I will never shop here again due to the ignorant after service! I had a fault with the bracelet it just fell off they are trying to say it’s accidental damage and avoid giving me a refund! I spent over £1000 on past few weeks and won’t be using them ever again! Which is a shame on the lovely accommodating shop staff! Reading reviews it seems an ongoing problem they don’t like to refund you!

On entering the jewellers a ni e young man asked if I needed any help which I did he was very polite and helped me well in choosing a silver chain. Also there was a young lady sales assistant . At one time I was the only customer in the shop and they both made me feel the small amont that I spent was like big bucks if I had spent £100 they would have treated me the same .so thank you for making may experience a comfortable one
