My husband bought a bracelet, lady who served us was really helpful n fitted it for him.

I enquired about cleaning a silver charm bracelet and was explained the procedure and also given advice on selling the bracelet

I ordered a 9ct (3xgold) bracelet, only had a week and it snapped and fell off, I’ve emailed today awaiting a response as hardly wore this bracelet and it’s soo flimsy! Cost £399 😳Do not buy! as although it’s very pretty on its Not worth the money!

I went in to buy a silver locket for my Granddaughter and both the staff were really helpful and very patient with me. I ended up purchasing one which I am thrilled with. The staff couldn’t have done anymore for me

I've had 3 silver chain clips go on me, each costing £10 to replace, they replaced the last one a week ago which literally fell off and was lost and refused to replace it without buying a new one... No thank you, I shall take my business some place else which will not provide a doggie and expensive rip off service. Very, very angry!

i found a couple watches online that i may like. contacted the store to see if they had them in stock. one was the other was not. went online and filled out a form to reserve both items without a charge. i was able to visit the store when both items where available to view. i was able to view - try before i buy.
i bought one of the items after about 30 mins checking, having bracelet adjusted to my size. very happy with the staffs professionalism during my visit.

I went to buy a bracelet for a one-year-old boy, the staff was very kind, they showed me several models in silver and gold, unfortunately I wasn't too sure what to get for him. Instead, I had two more gifts to buy, for two people dear to me and I found some gorgeous bracelets and a pair of earrings. I like how the store is arranged, the products and the kindness of the staff.

we purchased a bracelet and found one i liked and took advantage of the watch offer when you made a purchase, having seen another Christmas present we bought a second watch for another Christmas gift the staff we're kurtiose and very helpful a very enjoyable experience.

Spotted a lovely silver heart shaped pendant on a silver chain in the window of your shop so i decided to purchase it for my wife's surprise Christmas present 🎁 the sales lady was exemplary with her knowledge of jewellery and new exactly what was required to accompany the chain...very friendly and helpful..thank you so much for all your help...would definitely recommend and will certainly be using F HINDS in the future 👍

I bought a Citizen watch for work. J was served by a very nice young lady who was happy the size the bracelet. She was also quite into watches as I am. Overall a very nice experience.

The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I asked a question about silver, and the lady gave me a very good answer about silver properties, I was very impressed. The assistant was very polite and made me feel very welcome. A very good visit for me.

I was treated like any other customer should be treated when putting money down on jewelry. It's not something people purchase everyday and it's a special moment to remember where you bought something special and who helped you make that choice. Kim made this experience memorable and took her time with me as I can be very particular when purchasing anything wearable to ensure he right fit and it's comfortable on me to wear every day.
Can't praise her enough. Would highly recommend giving them a visit and see if they have the right items for you as well.

I went into the Hull store today to look for a Christmas present for my son & was served by Mel who was extremely polite & helpful & found me a lovely chain which was very good quality & price. I was also offered a very nice gift box & bag was a nice touch, I’m sure he will love it.

I had taken a photo of the earrings and bracelet that I liked but my gentleman friend wanted to take me to the Basingstoke store who didn’t have what I was looking for but you guys did and they were very helpful and friendly

I felt a little rushed, I had no budget nothing really in mind but ended up with 2 bracelet 2 bangles and a pair of ear rings! The young girl in the Hull store was great, she matched ear rings to the bracelet perfectly, she was great but seemed to be pushed in to hurrying up by older staff. Yes there was other people in but given the time I would have doubled my sale plus at almost 400£ to not be given a bag until after the transaction and to pay for it! It's not really the friendly welcoming store I want to rush back to.
