I took my watch into the Wolverhampton store and can't praise them enough. The watch is nearly nine years old and one of the links in the bracelet kept falling out so I went in intending to pay for a repair if that was possible because it is of great sentimental value. Spoke to 2 lovely assistants, one of whom (Paul I think) is saving up to do a horologists course and fixed my watch in no time. He wouldn't take any payment and I was quite emotional at his kindness. I'm very grateful such kindness still exists and wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from the Wolverhampton store again.

Returned a white gold chain which had broken. The staff replaced it immediately as it was apparantly still under guarantee. Also repaired the catch on a silver chain (which was not purchased from Hinds) at a small charge. Very helpful. Many thanks to the staff

I bought a christening bracelet for my granddaughter and the lady who served me was very helpful. She measured it for me to make sure it would fit as my granddaughter is 3. She even took it into the back to dip it and clean it as it had a bit of something sticky from the label.

As always helpful and attentive staff. Purchased a pair of small silver earrings and received the same service as if I was spending hundreds.

I was looking to purchase a silver necklace and wanted some earrings to match. I was really happy when an assistant found an ideal match.

Looking for a gift for a silver wedding I was able to get a choice I wanted. The friendly service and reccomendation of the staff made me feel comfortable to go ahead with the purchase. The good part being the store already had a discount on the item. I was happy with the deal. I would definitely recommend the Hounslow High street store.

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the store as all staff were with customers. I was then served soon after.
The bracelet I brought in to be repaired was fixed free of charge there and then. The necklace I brought in to be repaired had snapped so would have cost £29.99 to fix. It was suggested that I could purchase a similar necklace for a fraction of the cost, which I could still hang my pendant on - which I did.
