I went in knowing exactly which watch I wanted. The assistant was extremely helpful in explaining the watch. She then adjusted the bracelet and ensured the settings were correct. At all times she presented as being knowledgeable and was polite and friendly.

Went in to buy an eternity ring and Shannon C could not have been more naturally friendly and helpful. Chose the ring. Silver and diamond, which was made and ready within 4 days. Very impressed with ring, staff and shop.

The lady was really helpful. My boyfriend was buying me a silver necklace and we explained how he bought me one from a different shop and my neck went green. She reassured us that the necklaces was genuine silver and explained the difference. She also brought out a few necklaces to choose from. She was professional and really nice to talk to. The customer service was very good.

The lady who served me was very friendly and helpful, she explained what 'Gold bonded silver' was and helped me with my purchase for my 84 year old Mum.

Came in to get a bracelet fixed and it was done straight away

The lady who served me was very helpful, she helped me to choose a nice, new silver necklace , for my pendant as the original necklace was broken. She helped me with choosing a good length, so it was not too short or too long.

Crawley Mall branch is absolutely useless. they don't know how to adjust a standard pins and collars watch bracelet. its shocking

The experience of purchasing the two SEKONDA watches from the two assistants was fine they adjusted the bracelet I paid and left. Unfortunately one of the watches doesn't work I'm assuming it could be a battery issue. It should have been checked and set to time before I left. This unfortunately would now involve a 30 miles return journey to the Burton store from where I live and all the inconvenience and time to spend to rectify. Not good

I popped in to see if they could repair my silver chain and the staff were really helpful and offered to repair it immediately if I was happy with the cost quoted, which I definitely was. The service was excellent!

They helped us figure out my ring size and helped my partner to pick a new chain and matching bracelet for it too. 10/10 customer service

I was looking for a bracelet to match a neckless that I had bought from another jeweller, the Company having since closed their Crawley branch.
Your member of staff engaged with me sympathetically and did his best from the picture of the bracelet that I showed him, to find the bracelet that I ultimately bought. If it wasn’t for his very good knowledge of all the stores stock (this bracelet was”in the back”) I am sure I would not have been able to buy what I wanted to give to my wife for her birthday.

F hinds fixed my bracelet with a gold coated oyster clasp bought online and only charged £1.99 absolutely chuffed. Thankyou 🥰

Brought in a broken bracelet which had been bought elsewhere and it was repaired very quickly while I waited and at a very reasonable cost.

I would of thought the sales assistant could tell the difference between white gold and silver when commenting on the jewellery I was wearing also didn’t appreciate her telling me my necklace and runs were tarnished then she back tracked and said she could put some kind of plating on it to make it look better

I asked the assistant for specific earrings. Stirling silver or titanium and a black stone. The lady went in the back room and searched for it. Found the perfect pair. She was training on the till and was very polite as I waited. Thorough in asking how I spelt my name. Lovely lady as was the person training her.

I bought a sterling silver necklace for my grand-daughter and upon returning home I noticed that the back of the silver heart was tarnished. I returned it to the shop and the staff were very apologetic and couldn’t be of more help to me, and explained that the staff member who sold it to me should have checked it prior to purchasing. They went over and above to assist me, and if it wasn’t for the initial complaint I would have given five and not four stars.

I have been shopping in my local F Hinds for many years. I have always received the very best customer service. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always look good.
I have recently taken silver/gold in for cash/card and have received the best service.
