Terrible terrible customer service I’ve asked for my money back but the company do not get back to me. I have not received my item. I’ve waited in several times for this. DHL have not delivered it. They said they have tried which is absolute rubbish as I have been in at the agreed times. I have chased DHL and a fine bedding who said they had sent another one which was due for delivery and again has not turned up and there has been someone in at the correct time I also told fine bedding I did not want DHL to deliver the next one as they’ve messed me about so much I asked for them to call me back which I never did and then no arrange DHL again it’s an. Absolute disgrace. I will have to take this further to recover my money.

Beautifully warm duvet but trying to reorder is a disaster
Beautifully warm, soft and light duvet, BUT
tried to buy 2 more today but at Checkout, the process stalled when I pressed Pay Now, with the circling disc just going round and round both times I tried. It said I was being rerouted but that didnt happen so I just hope both attempts have been cancelled by me. Put off trying again, which is very sad and annoying. Can I telephone an order instead?

Very satisfied with the duvet and the speed of delivery.Which was very fortunate as the package was left by DHL in a porch doorway 2 houses from mine and up for sale i.e. empty. Delivery by DHL said it was signed for by me . NO!. Fortunately the photo taken enabled me to retrieve the package before any harm could come to it. Not for the first time DHL not a quality service.

Excellent product and value
Bought a Kingsize two part quilt and pillows, arrived quickly, were excellent condition and really make a difference in use, compared to previous cheaper products from elsewhere - worth the extra few pounds and I would buy from them again.

Ordered a goose feather and down duvet…
Ordered a goose feather and down duvet unfortunately I ordered a single by accident when I have a king bed😭😅
I tried to get it returned but found the process extremely difficult the return portal on the website didn’t work for me tried on multiple phones explained my issue got no help there reply took time a long time kept getting the same copy and paste message basically saying to simply use our return portal
Then got sent a link to royal mail and my Eircode was invalid and at this time I didn’t have long to return the duvet due to there 30 days before policy and I informed them of this then had to wait another few days for a reply and then 2 days before the 30 days got send a message from drop2shop but didn’t even try cause I was to worried it wouldn’t reach them in time and would not get my money back
So now I’m just gonna give the duvet to my niece and oreder my self the same product from a different company but a king size this time 😂
And would not recommend the fine bedding company to anyone

I purchased a 4.5 tog for the summer and then I found a 10.5 tog so I bought that because I was so pleased with the first one. Lovely and comfortable and it goes in the washing machine like a dream. I'm so glad that I found these excellent Duvets.

This is my 2nd Night Lark Coverless Duvet purchase (the previous 10.5 tog was under the brand name Night Owl). This time I purchased the lighter tog 4.5 duvet. Excellent quality, easy to wash and dry at home so very happy.

I ordered duvets having seen and used them in the past as a guest. I was impressed by the very high quality and warmth despite the lightweight and non bulky quilts. They are just lovely.
I also ordered a fitted sheet which is beautiful and will definitely buy again.
