over priced and service SUCKS!!!!! They shipped my RX and the shipping took over 10 days. I was without my RX for over 5 days!!!!! I kept them informed this was going to happen the whole time. But they just kept ignoring me and shipped it out late and by the worst carrier possible that lost my shipment 5 times

Taking the suggested pill a day for my ed problem for over a year and it seems I’m not as strong with erections as I use to be. What do you suggest ? Change meds?

The current dosage of Tadalafil is hardly having an effect.I started taking the medication on Saturday July 4, 2026. Since I began the medication I have masturbated twice without getting a quality erection and never hard enough for penetration. If I had been with a lady it would have been a disaster. The climax with a soft penis was disastrous. Making me wonder about the current course of treatment, premature ejections looming large, I have experienced some headaches as well.

This poor company took money out of my bank for a new order! I only ordered ONCE. I have emailed them and have had NO REPLY IN OVER TWO DAYS. Time to file that chargeback baby!

It has been two weeks since my appointment. And my order still has not shipped. I was given a vague email about a delay, with no timeline. However, the shampoo I ordered did come, and its great.

So far so good. I started a little late taking the 1.5 mg pills but so far have lost 7 pounds. I still have some of those pills to take them will start on the 4 mg pills soon.

Feel a little funky, expected quicker results

My provider Brandilyn was great. The pharmacy, billing and overall communication with customer service was horrible. My prescription was approved around July 1st. It is now July 27th. I have received nothing. My card was charged though so there’s that. I was told via a couple of canned AI messages that there were supply issues with the Tadalafil hard mints. That’s fine I understand those things happen. After checking via the chat in the app 2-3 times over the month I finally decided to try just requesting the daily generic Tadalafil pills instead. Brandilyn responded almost immediately approving the request. However, I am not seeing my order updated on the app homepage. I still see the hard mints approved but not shipped. This makes me think the pharmacy is still working on the mints vs canceling that order and processing the new one. Thus I will not be getting the generic Tadalafil, the hard mints or hard in other ways anytime soon.

Beware! They will charge you $149 for the medication the first time but the second time they will charge you $149 and you will think you are getting the medication but that is just for some ambiguous “membership“ which gets you absolutely nothing. Then you have to pay another $149 just to get your medicine. The website is very confusing and never explains this. When you call or email to try to get a refund they are absolutely unhelpful. Absolute scam absolute fraud. Do not purchase.

RX delivered on time. Hims app is great for tracking weight.

Product showed no signs of working. Cancelled the subscription back in February 2026 and I received a renewal charge in June 2026. Reach out and they refused to offer a refund. Worst experience I've had with an online service thus far.

I would not buy any products from Hims and Hers website. I bought some hair products based on the approval from their online physician but I changed my mind after I talked to my physician. I tried to return the unopened product and their customer support said that the product cant be returned because it is medication and I asked how they can ship but I can’t return and unopened box and the customer support person was very arrogant and rude in the email and on the phone. Most companies back the products with money back guarantee but not Hims and Hers which means they have no faith in their products. Also their return policy is not clearly stated when ordering

Products are good. Like any other prescription. They are very good at charging your credit card, even when not authorized. Also cancellation is a maze designed to be very complicated. And finally Service is terrible.
I didn’t have an upcoming job renewal date, but still wanted to cancel my plan instead of skipping. Two days later they charged me $175 and they don’t want to reimburse me.

When the dosage for Wegovy changed my credit card was charged for both the old dosage and the new dosage but, of course, only the new dosage was delivered. Still waiting for the refund/credit back . . .

For ED meds this place is great. I can pause a start whenever I need.

For the Oral Wegovy I feel misled. The make you pay a $150 "membership" to give you "resources" you don't need and then charge another $299 for the medication. I will just find it somewhere else cheaper.
