Evrything was great
Evrything was great. The only problem is it was not easy to open charging port. I pressed many times and it did not open. I had to use a card to open it.

Don't want to use this service again
Booking was fine from home and the car was ready just as requested. But I picked the car up from a station without internet and that's when problems started. (I am deaf so trying to speak to the car lender and in another language too was a nightmare - for him and me) . The Getaround app seems to assume I came out of the womb knowing how to use the app and what steps to take but I am elderly and predate mobile smart phones by decades and I do not have a smart phone. I had no idea in advance about the need to take photos and I ended up driving the car away without completing the app and worrying that the owner would think I had stolen the car. Fortunately a helpful French landlady with internet helped resolve the issue and I finished the process of acquiring the car via the app with her help and negotiation with the lender.
So now on returning the car the same problem in reverse: no internet at the drop off point. To relieve the owner of worry I sent the necessary photos by WhatsApp but later could not transfer them from my mobile phone to the Getaround app. Now I am back in my home country and 24 hours later I am still trying to finish the rental via the Getaround app. As far as I am concerned this was too stressful for me to use again. If you are young, used to smart phones, speak the lender's language are not hard of hearing and always in range of WiFi then this might be the app for you.
