Excellent service received today. Went in with a bag full of different types of jewellery. I was seen by Julie in the Llanelli store who patiently went through all the items with me. She was extremely helpful. She sorted out the gold and silver items and went and weighed out the jewellery. There was only a small amount of gold, but what there was turned out to be of good quality and I was amazed at what I got for it and will be donated to Kidney Research. Julie kept me informed all the way through the process. I'd definitely use them again and 100% recommend them.
