As first time buyers we were completely clueless. We approached Habito who were brilliant in finding a mortgage tailored to our circumstances. A big shout out to Teddy who worked hard to achieve this for us. We chose to use Habito plus as we didn’t know the first thing about buying a home and the process that was involved. An incredibly stressful time was made easier with the fantastic help and support from Dan who was our Habito plus expert, he was quick to respond efficiently to any questions we asked. Dan provided regular updates and when the mortgage expiry was fast approaching he went above and beyond trying to push things through and to make it all happen. Dan is an absolute credit to the company. We are now thrilled home owners which is something we never thought we would be able to achieve but thanks to all the wonderful people at Habito we now have our forever home. Their mortgage broker service is quick & very easy to do alongside your daily activities (no long phone/video call needed). The website interface is very intuitive and everything so far has been well explained in simple terms

The initial conversations about our mortgage happened really fast, and we felt that Rhay actually cared about us making the right decision, taking time to get to know our needs. Our caseworker, Dan, has been great throughout the whole process. It helped a lot to have someone to check-in with regularly on what has been a new process for us. Our questions were met with professionalism; answers were timely and well-explained. When we encountered some challenges with the exchange/completion, it was invaluable to have Habito chasing up on things behind the scenes. Thank you :)

They were very fast. I had an advisor named Jo Frater, who got me plenty of information and helped smoothly get through the application process.

Had a representative named Scott who was excellent. Always kept me informed, was very responsive and friendly. I didn't end up using the service, because the MIPs couldn't add my company into the documents, but nonetheless, a good service for speedy MIPs.

I cannot recommed Habito enough! The odds were against and we were against the clock as our landlord decided to sell and gave us 8 weeks notice. We really love our home so were desperate to buy it and the landlord couldnt wait so we could sort our finances. I contacted habito to see if they could help and despite one lender being diffucult and our affordability tight, they managed to find and secure our mortgage! I used the plus service for convience and it made the whole thing smooth and as simple as possible. Massive shout out out to Helen McPolin (mortage broker). She must have been eye rolling at my countless mistakes when uploading documents but she never complained and corrected all of my mistakes within minutes of me realising! She has the patience of a saint but also she was super friendly and worked really hard to help us. Also Ellen Roberts our case manager, she kept us up to date every step of the way and was back and forth with any info needed. The conveyancer has also been great (Joan Nga) got everything done so fast.
The actual website is easy, uploading documents is easy and you can keep track of everything with the really helpful trackers. The response time is also amazing, I have never waiting for more than a couple of hours if I have asked something. Could not recommend enough, you wont find a friendlier bunch!

Kris has been absolutely amazing as a broker, helping me navigate the volatile property market in London, through getting gazumped twice and losing my purchases. He has been beyond efficient, both in his responses, which often only took a couple of hours, through his patience and attention to detail. Got in touch for a remortgage as my current deal expires shortly. Dealt with Helen and she took me through the process step by step. Showed me all available options and got a good deal. Isn't the first time ive used Habito and won't be the last.

As always everything is very smooth with this company. This is now our 5th mortgage/remortgage arranged through Habito and we have recommended a further 4 to other people who have also been impressed.
