Delivery notifications were excellent. The purchase was delivered promptly by two well mannered and efficient men.
The bunk beds look fabulous. I can definitely recommend.

The ordering process was easy online. The delivery was also easy. Very friendly staff. They deliver to the room of your choice. The bed was assembled by my husband on his own in a couple of hours. It looks good but it does not feel steady. So far it's held though with my granddaughter using it as a trampoline. We'll see how long it lasts.

This is the 4th doble mattress 1 have ordered, this one is not 3000 pocket sprung and quality is cheap material, I am very disappointed with this as I wont get the comfy or wear and tear as the others.

We are an old couple of combined age 178, used to shopping in a shop! So buying online was new and scarey. But the daybed we wanted was not available locally so we had to venture into the unknown.
Your service was great - from the complicated ordering (which meant many phone calls to customer service) through to delivery and to help with erecting the bed. We struck up a nice phone relationship with your named staff. They deserve brownie points!

The bed was really difficult to assemble, instructions were unclear. We were also missing several screws needed.
Finally, we also ordered a mattress that was described as medium firm but was so firm it made sleeping on the floor seem comfortable. When we contacted customer service they advised this was preference, not misleading description, and that we weren’t fat enough to feel the mattress as medium. Really shocking customer service.

Very happy with my purchase for my boys aged 5 and 11! Waited for this specific colour to come back in stock and it was definitely worth the wait! Very easy assembly (though I did a lot of it along so took that bit longer)! Lovely quality, the only thing I would say is the stickers to cover the screws could be better! It’s a great addition for growing kids, the little shelves given them their own space to decorate! Great delivery service arriving the day I selected! Very happy boys!

The mattress is lovely and I’m very happy with it. I thought I’d paid for the packaging to be unwrapped and disposed of but it turns out I didn’t so that could be made clearer.
The delivery company however were awful and would definitely put me off ordering again

Really comfortable mattress delivered exactly as expected, reasonably priced too. Delivered by 2 guys who took it straight to my son’s room. They even called to let me know when they were 30 minutes away.i made an error with my order and the customer service team corrected it within seconds of me notifying them.Cannot fault anything about this company.

I ordered a bed from Happy Beds (Order #1000733448), and the entire experience has been a nightmare. The delivery boxes arrived from their courier completely smashed and battered. Upon assembling the bed, we discovered a major manufacturing defect: a bottom corner screw refuses to tighten because the internal pre-installed threaded nut is completely loose.It took 6 hours to build this bed, and it is now structurally unsafe and completely unusable. I have sent multiple urgent emails to customer service since Friday, but I am being completely ignored with zero replies. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am formally rejecting this faulty item. If Happy Beds does not contact me immediately to arrange a full refund and collection, I will let my bank, Revolut, forcibly pull the funds back via a chargeback. Avoid this company.

Great delivery. Lovely bed. Well made and sturdy

The bed is good quality and easy to assemble. The company kept me updated on my delivery and the delivery team were polite and efficient.

Good quality bed. However, the wood didn’t have any polish or wax which was a let down. Additionally, the instructions manual which came along with the product was not detailed enough, didn’t have the step-wise instructions, and it took some time to figure out the assembly process by myself.

Ordering was easy, communicating from the point of order to checking after delivery was perfect. Even got a call the morning if delivery to confirm delivery time slot.
