Avoid this company at all cost. Our Jura order never arrived and no communication from Harts of Stur at alll. Extremely disappointed by the inconvenience and poor service. Avoid this company. We would have rather paid more elsewhere than having to deal with Harts of Stur.

Excellent blender by Sage. Online order very easy and customer service excellent. Blender very robust but quieter than most blenders, easy to use. Very good price for such an exceptional appliance. Wish I had bought it sooner. Would have given 6 stars if possible. I now have 3 appliances by Sage and extremely happy with all of them.

We purchased a kitchen aid artisan Toaster from Harts of Stur around 15 years ago. It failed on Saturday morning. So without even considering buying another brand or company to purchase it from, I just ordered a new one. Harts of Stur excelled again because the new toaster turned up the next Morning, Sunday. I didn't request this it just turned up. Great company, great products and good prices. Thank you

Good company have purchased from them several times, prices are good, items well packaged and fast shipping.

Order a Jura coffee machine to be delivered It came badly package with no extra package and in a very light box. As I live within 45 mins away decided to return the unit myself. They did replace the item but I went out my way I was hoping for a small good will jester I save them money on collecting a return and sending out a new one out again. Nothing was offered.

I want to support a local company but if they bad customer services then with on other option

Actually I consider Hart of Stur as a reliable & trustworthy business, But my recent experience very disappointed me unfortunately.
It's a real nightmare to return an unwanted item to Hart and Slur company. Long, hard proceeding and customer have to pay for the postage for unwanted item, despite it's the company's error.
The company's image show only the front side of the clothes!!!! I do not know WHY.
The shirt I received had a very big print on the back side, which is not shown on the website page!!!. I'm not a free advertising billboard, to wear clothes like that.
The website itself has some issues when placing an order, or verifying age, it kept rejecting the process, which resulted in sent a wrong size of the other 2 items.
On the other side, although Hart of Stur offers a good products prices, but some of products I found it cheaper at other retailers websites
I will think twice or perhaps more before placing a new order with this company in the future.

Please note that, I expressed my experience of long time online buyer. For instant at Amazon the website show more than one image of the item with full details.
At Zalando website the images show the full details of the garment plus details of the model wears the garment's size and his/her tall.
The age verification went so smooth and easy at Heinnie website.
