Waited for this item to come back in stock luckily enough I was fortunate to be able to order one sharpening item was as it seemed high quality it was also quite big and robust, sharpens my knifes up lovely you have to sharpen them fully about twice to establish the new angle on knife blade once the blade is used for a while just sharpen again doesn't take that long just run the blade through stage 1, 2, 3 a couple of times just a tip make sure to use the honing wheel (stage 3) to get a better cutting edge .No problems with my sharpener as of yet.regards.

Due to the way the manufacturer packages this item, we are only able to add a protective outer box around the original packaging. Unfortunately, it appears that on this occasion, your parcel sustained damage during transit.
We appreciate your decision to visit us in person. However, we are unable to offer complimentary items in relation to store visits, as this would be unfair to other customers who also visit our store.
Once you informed us of your visit, we ensured that a replacement coffee machine was prepared for you promptly. We believe this reflects the same level of service you referenced from other retailers, such as John Lewis which you mentioned.

Terrible service, didnt recieve my parcel via evri to a collection point, wouldnt issue refund untill they recieved it back from evri, it seemed lost, not my problem so were is my refund??? terrible customer service.

Harts of Stur
Harts of Stur are a fantastic to buy from my order of a Kitchenaid Stand mixer was dispatched within a couple of hours ordering. Their communication was excellent. Unfortunately DPD who were delivering the order were very poor to say the least. I did receive the order after much wrangling with DPD. Harts of Stur were fantastic following up emails etc and calling me to make sure all was well. Would definitely buy from them again but ask for an alternative delivery company!!!!!!!
