Customer service excellent
Following a disappointing start as one saucepan in a set was grazed, I was offered a replacement for that saucepan instead of sending the whole set back. This suited me and the process and help to sort the return out was excellent, especially as dealing with real people instead online chats. Would recommend this Company and I would use again.

I was just browsing the internet for…
I was just browsing the internet for some replacement mugs and happened across Harts . The price represented great value for money in comparison with the other suppliers, and I had 2 delivery options. I chose the slightly more expensive one that was only £1.50 more than the standard one I asked for delivery on Monday thinking that would be the first possible one. I was extremely impressed that they were delivered on Sunday. Thank you I will definitely be using your business again.
