Brilliant customer service
I contacted the company on Sunday when an item of clothing I'd purchased just over a month earlier developed a hole after minimal wear. The response was incredibly fast and they immediately offered to send a replacement, which arrived on Tuesday morning.
I should also say that the original purchase price was much lower than on the branded retailer's site, even factoring in the price of postage.
