All good except deliver
Ordering was really easy. Delivery very speedy. Product excellent. The only downside was that it was delivered to the wrong house (although both clearly named) and a £340 Magimix was left perched on top of their dustbins in full view. It was not left in my safe place as indicated. All good except for the delivery which was atrocious. Such a shame that such a good service is spoilt by poor and unsafe courier delivery.

Faulty goods.
Very good service unfortunately the product I ordered was faulty but I returned it for a replacement with no problems however the replacement was also faulty but they arranged for it to be collected from my home very good service would definitely use them again.

Excellent quality, price and delivery
The stainless steel cheese and butter knives I ordered were of great quality at a low price. The quality far exceeded my expectations. I was also very impressed with the jug set I bought in the sale. They were very clearly marked in all liquid measures including the smallest one. Great shape and sizes that will be very useful. The delivery was fast.
