Incredibly disappointed.
I ordered an expensive Dualit toaster which arrived a number of days outside of the Delivery Promise time frame and a lot of emails with Evri. An unwanted chore in itself.
When I opened the box there were scratches on the paintwork. One particularly deep mark. I took photos immediately to correlate with the delivery time and sent them to Customer Services, only to be told that there were none to exchange it with and they could offer 5% discount. Off a £160 toaster.
I returned it.

Great price on this global knife delivered the next day I have used this company before and I will use them again I’ve already got one of their stellar 5000 saucepans in my basket and I’m just waiting for my next payday to come around to finalise the purchase spoke with a lady in their customer service department and she was polite to the point and knowledgeable on their products don’t hesitate to use them great company to do business with.

Ordered a Jura coffee machine from Harts of Stur which arrived in a battered and torn Jura box. The outer cardboard box it was sent in was undamaged so I assume the company send the box out in that state rather than it being an issue with the courier. The machine inside was undamaged but it was a shame about the box as the coffee machine was a gift.

If you promise a delivery day then it needs to be that day we are not all sat around just waiting for a delivery when and if they can be bothered
