Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two men’s T-shirts size large on Sunday evening when I received the confirmation of the order I realised I should have ordered the medium. I immediately emailed customer service and I received a response saying they would contact me shortly which Zoe did Monday morning. Zoe had contacted the warehouse the order was amended and is now on its way.
I have ordered many items for my son over the years and always been impressed with the quality of the goods also the packaging. If I have had any questions I do an online chat and I have always been happy with the quick response.

I received my order which was gorgeous but the thread on a skirt was a bit loose and quite obvious when wearing so they organised a replacement so I didn’t have to pay postage again and also didn’t lose my discount code . Very happy!

Clothes absolutely lovely but customer services on the other hand
Clothes absolutely lovely, gorgeous quality. Unfortunately items don’t fit, 2 too small, 1 is too big. I live in Isle of Man and I have had a terrible time trying to return these items!!! Been a week now and haven’t had a returns label organised and emailed the customer support this numerous times! Items aren’t exactly cheap and have £148 worth of things I can’t wear!!! Shocking

Bought a hoodie from the renew range which is a great eco friendly option. Very disappointed that the top was discoloured and in poor condition. A long way from the like new as advertised... the real kicker you can't return these items even if they dont live up to the advertisements

Watch sizing pay for returns
Ordered hoodie for partner using the chest website measurement's (XL) but went down a size as seemed oversized (ordered L) . Came and was absolutely enormous, paid £2 to return and they exchanged without me having to reorder & wait for refund. This process was good. That (size M) came but again massive. Paid another £2 for the same process. Next came (S) & still too big but my partner said to keep and wear round house! Not the result I wanted for Birthday gift really. Didn’t even look if they did an XS. Quality of jumper okay just left a sour taste I guess.
