I can’t rate Hey Slim highly enough!
I can’t rate Hey Slim highly enough. The chats I have had with Dr Thiara have been frequent and so helpful. I’ve never had to wait long for responses and he has even checked over blood tests I had done whilst travelling because I had concerns about diabetes and muscle loss. I was very quickly reassured by Dr Thiara and given specific and highly relevant tailored advice.
The Hey Slim website is excellent and very user friendly. You are reminded each week to log your weight and orders are never processed until you have completed a check-in, and you have clearly indicated you want your prescription to be issued. It is then issued and the order processed within hours. I really can’t fault this company or the staff and I can highly recommend.

Impressed with HeySlim
I was really impressed with HeySlim as it was the only Pharmacy that actually gave me a personal Doctor that followed me on my progress. Dr Balan was so caring, answered questions very quickly and reassured me whenever I needed it. I discussed with him about maintenance and stopping the medication but he reassured me that I could always restart if I needed to. For the first time (I started on Mounjaro in January 2025, so have used quite a few different pharmacies) I felt I wasn’t just a customer and they only wanted my money but that they cared about you as a person and wanted you to succeed in reaching your goal. Ordering is easy and delivery very quick. Customer support is very good. I had to postpone delivery as I was away and that was no trouble at all. I know they are not the cheapest but sometimes it pays to pay the extra and know that they are there for you whenever you need them.
