I received excellent attention from Jack who updated my hearing aids and cleaned them for me as well

Audiologist explained everything very clearly and I understood what was being tested and how. Also explained in detail how the ear works.

Having had issues with a hearing aid purchased from another company a while ago, I decided to follow a family member 's recommendation to attend Hidden Hearing.

My test results were explained with warmth and humour, clearly and comprehensively to myself and my carer by Mr McLean

I ordered a new hearing aid which arrived in the fortnight stipulated . Although I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment I was seen immediately.
Mr McLean gave a comprehensive and unrushed fitting .

I had a very thorough hearing assessment which was actually informative and innovative. The audiologist began the assessment with lots of useful questions about my hearing; he then put a camera in my ear and explained what the function of each part was. I was recommended to bring a friend with me who could be part of the assessment of my hearing. She was as fascinated as I was. The whole session lasted ,I think, about an hour and covered every conceivable aspect of my hearing, and, interestingly, revealed faults in previous hearing assessments carried out elsewhere. I came away feeling the whole experience was extremely valuable and what is more, conducted with kindness and humour. Well done, Hidden Hearing, St. Albans

Small office, central location, easy to get to. The audiologist was polite, courteous and explained everything in detail. Extensive tests with minimal equipment, but with amazing results. Would have to recommend to others as you are not expected/forced to purchase hearing aids
