Staff very friendly and helpful

Everything started off great. I met with the kitchen designer Harley, and she went through everything and nothing was too much hassle. Harley came up with the design from my thoughts and we agreed o it. This is where things started to go wrong. The day came to have the kitchen delivered and straight away there was an issue. One of the cabinet doors was missing. Not a great issue as I called and it was pulled from the warehouse. I had to pay my builder to pick it up from Brighouse. My builder started to unpack the cabinets from the boxes and found that one of them was broken at the top. I immediately tried to contact Howdens but had no luck as they were off as it was a bank Holiday. This wouldn't have been too bad, however I had paid my builder for a set period of time and this would take us beyond that so would cost me alot more. We decided to try and see if it could be fixed. This was done by removing the broken piece and adding a new piece, which worked. When I complained I was basically dismissed. I then decided that the colour recommended didn't go so changed the top doors and this was of course more expensive and was charged accordingly. Harley dropped my new doors off after I had waited, waited and waited. At the end of the build we discovered that the plastic base protector was missing. Again my builder went and collected this. I wasn't happy and complained. I was told I would get a partial refund seeing as I had to pay my builder extra to finish the job, due to all these issues. I still haven't received anything from Howdens and this was back in March/April. Although I like my kitchen cabinets I think the 7k i paid wasn't worth it overall. Besides Harley who was lovely the whole experience was shocking. I will never use this place again. My stress levels were through the roof. From being told they would take care of everything and I would have no stress this really didn't happen.

From start to finish Howdens have been amazing again. Our first kitchen was from there 10 years ago and was still as good as new when we sold our house so there was no question where our new kitchen was going to be from. The quality and longevity is unmatched. Charlii was fantastic designing everything and was so patient with my many tweaks and changes and never gave up until it was perfect! Thank you to Rob who measured up and Sarah who has also been on hand for all my queries and questions! Amazing team 👍

Sarah at brighouse branch is always very helpful and friendly. We like the products they last along time.

The manager and Sarah were just so accomadating we made an error on the invoice and they both sorted it out for us do well done and thanks to you both high recommended them both .

All through the whole process, from design through delivery and after sales service, Ryan, Sarah and the rest of the team at Brighouse have been exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. We could not have asked for a better team to help deliver our dream
We had been recommended Howdens Kitchens because of the quality of the units and worktops, so to receive a 5 star product with a 5 star service, needless to say we would unhesitatingly recommend the Ryan, Sarah and the rest of the team

Excellent design service from Mal at Howdens Brighouse. Excellent customer service from the whole team at Brighouse also.
Visited the Howdens Expo twice and was amazed at their kitchen displays.
As small developers we have installed several kitchens over recent years. However we still wanted the guidance from a trusted designer supported by a reliable supplier.
We read the Trustpilot reviews before we approached Howdens and made an appointment with Mal. We have not been disappointed.
We met with Mal on several occasions reviewing, tweaking, refining, proposing new options - and nothing was too much trouble :).

Mal has years of kitchen design experience with a knack of 'honing in' on what we thought we wanted and needed and then throwing in a few curve balls to ensure we had thought of everything.

Kitchen has been delivered. Awaiting installation. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Howdens so far. Thank you !

Ryan was a great help supporting us with selecting our kitchen.

From start to finish, we found Howdens easy to deal with. Ryan, our designer, worked patiently and efficiently to help us work through our ideas and to produce a scheme with visuals. The units arrived, of very good quality and neatly finished.
There were a few minor mistakes, mainly over the fittings, but Ryan and his colleagues worked with us to quickly rectify these.
It's all complete now. It feels like 'our kitchen'; it's attractive to work in and practical to use.

Purchased a kitchen,which arrived with missing doors, which took another 6 weeks to arrive with very little help from howdens

We bought our kitchen with Howdens and they did a superb job. Their fitter John Bowman was outstanding and the finish job was fabulous. That was just two and a half years ago and our integrated fridge freezer recently encountered a problem. I called them and because of there brilliant 3 year warranty on all their appliances they had the problem diagnosed and a new one fitted in less than 2 weeks. The service was amazing. Any company who’s after service is this good on top of a great job in the first place gets my business again and again. I already directed my mum to them and she is now the proud owner of another amazing kitchen. Well done Howdens!

As an Engineer I made a plan of my kitchen, And knew exactly what I wanted, I was impressed with Ryan's knowledge, Very pleased with the end result.
