Having to cancel hyperoptic as I am moving house however it's been a really good experience. Staff are very pleasant especially Jovan who was very efficient and answered all my questions.

Phillip Hill 13489. Very happy with the service provided by Phillip. He was prompt, installed the cable and box quickly and efficiently, and very friendly! He stayed to check the WiFi was successfully set up and everything was working and the installation was neat and tidy. Great experience!

He offered me a great deal and explained each step clearly including a level of customer support which I was not getting from my previous broadband provider even after being with them for years .

Switched from OneStream to Hyperoptic
Just switched from OneStream to Hyperoptic as OneStream kept raising prices. Hyperoptic covered the exit fee and offered a 1 Gbps speed with much cheaper price.

Hyperoptic install
Raeshawn and Lloyd helped us install our Hyperoptic fibre internet. They were friendly and professional, and were knowledgeable when we had question. They took great care in bringing the cable to our house, making sure it was hidden as best as possible, and cleaned up everything before they left. We can’t recommend them enough! Thank you both!
