I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the foam board print! The customer support team were exceptionally helpful when my order arrived damaged (it was mishandled in transit). I had a very tight deadline, so got quite worried, but they reprinted and sent off a replacement board the same day. I spoke to four different advisors overall and they were all great. The only one I remember by the name is Hannah, but a big shout-out to everyone on the support team! Thank you:)

I was trying to select plain greeting cards and the programme kept reverting to Christmas Cards that cost more. Very, very annoying.
I usually do not ever have any trouble selecting the product I want and adding my images. It took hours to do it this time.

My order arrived with some items missing due to a delivery company error. However, the customer service team resolved the issue very quickly, and the process was simple and hassle-free. Unfortunately my banners arrived and weren’t correct, I messaged the support team and an amazing girl named Hannah managed to have brand new correct banners sent to me within a week. Also followed up by a support call and free samples as I gesture of good will. Safe to say the support team really go above and beyond.

Had numerous issues with DPD and our parcel didn't arrive for an exhibition that contained all print work. Alex and Becky worked to get this to us but unfortunatley the parcel arrived at our exhibition too late and when it did arrive it wasn't actually the correct parcel - a DPD mix up.

Becky kindly offered to re-print our order and it arrived swiftly the next day :)

we have always used Instantprint and will keep doing so. The products are good quality and when something goes wrong (rarely!) they are brilliant at sorting it out!
We had an urgent requirement and were placing the order very close to cut-off - by the time payment went through we had literally missed it but Milly in customer service chat was able to sort this out for us and we still received the next day. Saved the day! Amazing service, thank you.
