The bouquet will be carefully handcrafted by a local florist then tucked in a lovely gift box. It won’t look like the pictures because each bouquet is made bespoke using the freshest flowers the florist has available. It’ll arrive beautifully arranged and on show. It’s guaranteed to stay fresh for at least 7 days, or we’ll put it right with a refund or replacement.
It could feature buds (it just means the flowers are fresh), they’ll soon open up. The packaging is recyclable or biodegradable. It includes a card, the florist will add your message inside (usually by hand). It might include lilies, if you’d rather it didn’t then check out our lily free bouquets.

what a disappointment. Flower stems wired as they were already whitling, flowers already dead or dying within 4 days of receiving bouquet. Really poor. I came to Interflora as I know the organisation to be trustworthy for quality, such as shame their florists let the name down
