Richard, who led the funeral for my beautiful Mom on 2nd April 2025, made a difficult day more bearable with just the right mix of sympathy & light heartedness.
Everything was perfect from the coffin & flowers to how Jennifer Ashe conducted themselves which was extremely professional.
Sadly this is the 3rd time we have used Jennifer Ashe & each time they have gone above and beyond, I would not trust anyone else with a loved one.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Jennifer Ashe and Sons for their exceptional services in arranging my husband's funeral. From the initial contact to the final arrangements, their professionalism, care, and respect were truly remarkable.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Rachel for her invaluable assistance in guiding us through the necessary arrangements. Her expertise and compassion made a significant difference during this difficult time.

Joe's heartfelt eulogy beautifully captured my husband's memory, making the service a touching tribute to his life. Richard's meticulous attention to detail on the day of the funeral ensured that everything proceeded flawlessly.

I am also grateful to John for his thoughtful aftercare services, which provided us with much-needed support during the grieving process.

Lastly, I would like to acknowledge the contributions of the entire team at Jennifer Ashe and Sons for their dedication in making this difficult day as bearable as possible. Their professionalism and compassion were truly commendable.

Jennifer ash & sons are a excellent to deal with, Richard i no is a nice understanding gentleman and all the staff also are nice i no you can trust this business to sort out every thing for you they did two friends of mine and it was first class work why go else where when you have a good funeral parlour in Brownhills who you can trust and yes they will do a professional job i give this company 5 stars yes i can recommend this place to any one there is only one who will do my funeral when I've passed on that's Jennifer ash and sons and it will never ever be the coop

I would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe. From the first meeting all the way through the planning of my moms funeral myself and my family were treated with such compassion and given so much support. They went above and beyond my expectations in everything they did and I felt so much comfort knowing my precious mom was in such good care.

I cannot rate Jennifer Ashe high enough. We were treated with such kindness and compassion when arranging my father’s funeral Jo and Rachael supported us all the way, nothing was too much trouble. The send off for my dad was perfect and it is with help from them that it was. I cannot thank them enough.

From the second I walked through the doors of the Brownhills branch I was made to feel welcome, like I was the only person they had to look after and like nothing I said or requested was to much trouble. The care they gave to my Mum was outstanding from start to finish.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a funeral directors who show personalised care and attanetion to you amd your departed loved one.

I cannot thank you enough for all the support yourselves have given us as a family on loosing my Grandad Thomas G. Everything you have done for us you went above and beyond nothing was hard for you! Rachael kept in touch throughout and was fantastic in supporting us through it all. There are no words strong enough to thank Jennifer Ashe enough for the care and support that all of the staff at the Brownhills branch gave us following the loss of our beautiful daughter, and sister, Lisa. Jennifer Ashe are amazing, I really recommend to go with them if you have recently lost a loved one. They have been very supportive throughout the grieving process after me and my partner lost our baby boy. Nothing was too much to ask and every detail for the day was noted. This is the second time our family have used Jennifer Ashe & sons for a family bereavement and wouldn't use any other. The experience at the Brownhills office was so positive and caring we had no hesitation in using them again for my late mothers funeral.

Overall standard of care and compassion given by all the staff at the Brownhills office, in the undertaking of my wife's funeral, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The upset of the wife's death is still raw, and even now, after three weeks since the funeral, if I call in they have the time too talk and listen, with a sympathetic ear.

This was a hard time for me and I didn't know what I was doing I was organising my first funeral and it was for my sister who died very young and suddenly . I carnt explain how much these people helped from the very start we had to wait for over six months for the funeral to happen but these people showed me nothing but compassion and care all the way through. There was nothing that was to much they took such good care of my sister,me and my family kept in contact all the way through everything we asked for we got even on the day contact from them. I just want to say a special thanks to you all and all those little gestures go a long way,I will never forget the warmth and kindness you showed outstanding service thank-you joe and Rachel.
