Jennifer Ashe at Hednesford arranged and organised the funeral for my husband. From the initial appointment with Claire at the Hednesford branch, everything was handled with professionalism, care and concern from the moment they collected his body right through to his funeral at the crematorium. Jimmy who collected us on morning of the funeral, Martyn Jinks who conducted the funeral made everyone feel at ease and we had a beautiful funeral. This is the third funeral I have attended by Jennifer Ashe and I cannot praise their care and professionalism highly enough.

I felt looked after throughout

Funeral planning meeting
Today I have visited the Hednesford branch of Jennifer Ashe & son funeral directors to plan ahead for my funeral.
I would like to say what a pleasurable experience it was.
My meeting was with Becky and I cannot thank her enough for her excellent customer service, making me feel at ease and for listening to my requirements and giving me advice.
I feel a whole lot better knowing that I will be in safe hands once the inevitable happens.
